Dan is truly the man. Luna is the first HVAC company I've ever encountered that felt like they truly understood HVAC systems while also demonstrating a clear desire to get to the root of actual issues AND resolve them.

Dan was super patient and very, very thorough. Explained every inch of our system, the problems it was encountering, and showed his work every single step of the way.

I truly can't speak any higher praise of Dan and Luna. Amazing work.

Julio and Macon from Luna Heating and Cooling were extremely professional and did a superb job with the installation of my new AC unit and furnace. The installation job was completed in a timely and professional way. These technicians are two of the best I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend Luna Heating and Cooling enough. Macon McDonald and Manny Duarte were our installer. These two men carry themselves astrue professional, They explained everything from start to finish, the system performs and looks magnificent. And when all said and done they picked up and it looked better then before they came. Nothing but a great experience, Thank You guys.

Luke Taylor came out to inspect our HVAC system after we noticed it was leaking. He quickly diagnosed the issue — a clogged drain causing the system to overflow — and had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to perform some maintenance on our condenser, which we really appreciated.

Luke was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. On top of that, our French bulldog Henry absolutely loved him — and Henry is a pretty good judge of character!

Overall, Luke provided excellent service and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. Highly recommend him and Luna Heating and Cooling!

Dan came out to do a full AC tune up and we had a great experience! He is very knowledgeable and gave us sound advice to keep our unit running efficiently, without pushing services/costs onto us unnecessarily. He was also super sweet to our dog, which always means the world! Highly recommend.

Julio and Macon were amazing! They were very informative and helpful! They came to change the entire hvac system which was a long job but they were able to successfully complete the job and help me understand my system better. They even asked if I needed anything from the gas station from their break. 😀 The guys were very nice and I appreciate all their hard work would defiantly recommend them to anyone and Luna hating and cooling company 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Our A/C went out on 9/12/25. We called Luna Monday morning and Jamie was out to look it over and give a quote on a new system. He recommended we go with a slightly bigger unit and we did. We wanted to finance our purchase and the whole process beginning to end was about 30 min. Jamie was able to get us scheduled for Wednesday 9/17. Jamie also left a loaner portable A/C unit to help get us by. Wednesday morning came and our installers Manny and Macon were here ready to work at 9am sharp. They removed our entire HVAC system, reinstalled the new system, and had it up and running at about 3:30pm. They we professional answering all of my questions and gave me a tutorial on the new thermostat. From start to finish the entire Luna team was an A+. I would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.
