On time, thorough, detail oriented, and HONEST. It is so rare to find a company and technicians who care about their customers and the integrity of their work.

Woke up to no heat on a snowy cold morning and Nick came within the hour. Found and fixed the problem in 20 minutes.

McCarty's has earned a customer for life.... and just saved me 700.00 on a furnace repair. I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion! Thanks for the honesty and service.

Have Heating / cooling and plumbing problems? Ive had them all unfortunatly. Luckily this company has kept us from having more trouble. The customer service from their technicians is phenomenal- kept us from freezing when the furnace stopped working. Not only that they are family owned and operated and will be honest with you if the AC machine or heater is beyond repair. I suggest them to all my friends and family because they are that good!

Wanted to give everyone a heads up, our A/C went out today. We call mcCarty mechanical to come take a look, the tech was over the top nice and had the unit up and running in no time. This is a great company and we highly recommend them.

I love this place! They’ve taken such good care of us for many years! We got our furnace from them in the past. They are so detailed when they service it each year. I just bought an a/c unit and I’m very pleased. They are always so patient when I ask so many questions. The office has been so kind, too! I really appreciate all they’ve done for us!

McCarty Mechanical has been fantastic. I've called them twice to come out and solve furnace issues, and each time they have been speedy, polite, and reasonably priced - including one after-hours call when it was freezing out.

Fired up our AC last weekend and it worked for 5 minutes and then nothing, no lights, no camera, no action. Thermostat was blank and therefore we had no HVAC. Called McCarty Monday morning based on a friends suggestion and they were here at 2pm. Nick was polite, professional and diligent. He found the problem and resolved it and also took care of a few other issues that may have been bigger problems down the road. Mrs. Wonderful was thrilled to have her HVAC back and was very happy with Nicks work. Thanks McCarty! Thanks Nick!

It is very obvious that Jason has grown up in the HVAC business! He is very knowledgeable, but also able to communicate very effectively with "civilians." We appreciate his insights and also his advice. We will look forward to a continuing relationship with this company.

Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company is incredible. The service I received was top tier. My AC went out and my husband and I looked at a few companies but they did not even compare to McCarty. McCarty is #1. Jason McCarty was who serviced our AC unit and was the only technician out of two other companies to get our AC running again. Our house was sitting at 80 degrees and I usually keep it at 68 so getting the AC to work was greatly appreciated. Jason was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, had impressive technical skills, knew what he was doing and more. He truly went above and beyond. We are very impressed with this service and will be recommending McCarty to everyone we know. Thank you so much McCarty and Jason! You set the bar high!

The blower motor on my furnace stopped working. I called another furnace repair company who came out and after a "full inspection" told me I had a cracked heat exchange and needed a whole new unit. I didn't know much about it at the time so I went with it until my old man told me to call these guys and get a 2nd opinion.
They came out inspected it and told me the unit was fine (which it has been, I've since tested multiple times myself). They identified the relatively simple issue with my blower motor and fixed it on the spot free of charge. These guys are life-savers and they'll be my first call for any future business.

I feel very fortunate to have this company help my family with their services. They are so top notch and polite. See for yourself, call them, you will not believe how great they treat you... from setting up the appointment, to fixing the problem, they're so professional, yet it feels like they're taking care of you as if you yourself were their own Mom or Dad.
