Great company to do business with! Schuler Heating &Cooling is very honest and professional to work with. My family has used Schuler since 1967.

Our furnace went out in Dec 2012 ...Hubby called around for bids, several people came out that day, but he chose Schuler because they could do the installation in 24 hrs. Others needed 48-72 hours. Lennox furnace was middle of the road bid, but had 10 yr guarantee on compress and parts/labor. No problems since then, the high efficency heat and a/c made a difference in our energy bills (the non-functioning furnace was 28 yrs old).

My wife and I are both realtors and have used Schuler Heating and Cooling many times over the years when we or clients need HVAC systems or repairs. Needed them again last Friday when A/C unit would not come on. Schuler has always provided us with great response time, great service and great communication from start to finish at every call. Really nice office staff, fair, honest and great technicians. If you are needing a whole new HVAC system or a repair or service call, I highly recommend you call Schulers.

Our furnace quit working the day before Christmas. Schuler Heating & Cooling came out on Christmas Eve day to install a temporary pressure switch, and ordered a new replacement part. We were so thankful because we were hosting my wife’s family on Christmas night. I don’t know what we would have done without heat. Temperatures hovered around zero on Christmas Day.

They have been our go to company for decades. Honest, reliable and dependable. We know they will be straight up and prompt. Call them...you'll be glad you did. A family owned company that we are happy to do business with.

I have been a customer of Schuler heating and cooling for 40 years. This is THE best hvac company in Kansas City, hands down. Call them for any hvac issues. They will fix it fast and reasonably priced ! Asked for Jen, she runs the company she cares about each and every customer !

Needed additional ductwork done to make the most of our HVAC system. Schuler is always professional, on time, and reasonably priced. They got the job done right and unlike the giant companies, Schuler never tries to up-sell equipment or services. It is great to have the same install and service techs each visit. We have used them for several years already and they are my go-to for everything HVAC related.

Very nice company to work with. They installed all new A/C, furnace and hot water heater. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. My basement was cleaner after they left then when they arrived. I highly recommend this company!

We have had our HVAC repaired, maintained or replaced by Schuler. The previous owners also utilized them for their HVAC system. Best price, best service and local! 30++ years with Schuler - no way we will go with anyone else!

We needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner. The furnace was 49 years old and located in a closet in a bathroom. The air conditioner was 26 years old and and failed this past Saturday.
I needed to replace both units but I wanted the furnace to be relocated to the basement.
On Monday, I contacted Schuler and Alan came to the house and provided an estimate. I was referred to Schuler from a relative that had done business with them.
Today is Thursday and the entire job has been completed.
Alan and his crew were excellent in every area and I can highly recommend Schuler without any hesitation.

Last week it was time to get the furnace pre-checked, and re-up on the service contract.
They set up the date, and Stephen arrived in a timely manner. A thorough check, and we are good to go.
Schuler rocks!

You are one of the very few contractors I didn't have to fight with to get things done and done right and promptly. Everyone that came out to work on my mom's house was professional thorough, and a pleasure to work with. These clearly are the reasons Schuler has been in business for so long!

Will definitely use again! Called them because they were close by and had a 4.9 star review. Was not disappointed. They had me in the next morning, it ended up being a minor matter and the technician stephan even hosed down and clean our unit. Was very friendly and professional and the price was right

We had our A/C quit when we were close to the hottest days of the summer. We called and had Chris out by early afternoon the same day. He was straightforward with what the problem was and didn’t try to sell us on anything other than what was needed. He was also really helpful with adjusting the dampers on our ducts so that we could get more cold air upstairs to our bedrooms. We have had people from other companies out to try and figure out a solution to the problem and have not had anyone who has helped like he did. We were impressed with the courtesy and promptness of this company and would highly recommend them.

Very responsive and timely with advice and repairs! The owner contacted me right after I left a voicemail over the weekend. It was a hot summer day and our AC wasn't keeping up. The owner had a few suggestions for a quick fix and then had a service tech schedule a time to come out the next day! Great company and customer service! Thank you!!

Amazing customer service! Prices are competitive and no surprises when it comes to paying the bill at the end. I set up the whole job start to finish while I was 2,000 miles away and was treated so well it felt like I was there in person the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We were in a bind with the cold weather and my grandmothers furnace going out. They were prompt in getting out there, and fixed everything perfectly. We will be calling them any time we have HVAC needs.
