They came out to fix a stopped up drain and didn’t fix or stop the leak I had to deal with the water that had backed up inside my house then I received a big bill and he didn’t touch a tool or a pipe I highly do not recommend this company

Have dealt with this company in the past to purchase different components to DIY REPAIRS on virtually all of our appliances. Never a problem. Well our furnace developed a very large crack in the heat exchange cavity, so it had to be replaced. This happened to be the dead of winter. We called and was told that a person would come to give us a bid on Jan.12th no call or response so I called on the 13th and same thing., someone was supposed to show up that day and still nothing. So I called on the following Monday and was told that if someone didn't show up that day that someone would show up within the next two days. 🤔 Well Jan. 17th someone finally called to see if they could come out to give a bid. I had already determined an alternative. I was hoping to give Comfort Pro our business but now I wonder if that would have proven to be a bad choice. Would they handle there repairs in the same fashion. I guess I'll never know. Ps I do realize that since Covid hit this country our work force has tanked. But at least make a phone call and consider the circumstance. Emergency or Non-emergency
