Garrett arrived promptly as per the appointment time. He was courteous, efficient and professional. We appreciate his service as well as our Service Plan with Dunco.

After 24 years, our A/C system decided it was done this past week! I contacted a company we had used for several years about purchasing a new HVAC system, and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could install! With high 80 and 90° temps, not what I wanted to hear! I decided to call Dunco. We were immediately impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. The next day after my call, we got a visit from Jason, the service manager. He evaluated our needs, and made a recommendation. Install was scheduled for the following Tuesday! 4 days, not 3 weeks!
Clayton, Tyler and Quinn completed our system install today! I can't say enough about Dunco and their employee's professionalism, quality of work, and timely manner of our installation! Work was started at noon, and we had cool air blowing by 5pm! You can't do better than Dunco!

We are very happy with Tyler and Chris from Dunco for our install. Tyler easily answered our questions, both were respectful of our environment and easy to work with. Dunco got us on the schedule quickly, arrived on time and worked well with us regarding our install for ductless heat/cool and referral/assistance for electrical needs. We will gladly recommend their services.

I will continue to use Dunco for my home needs. Scheduling was a breeze, service tech/expert arrived on time, pleasant, explained how my ac unit was inspected and cleaned.

Our AC went out during the hottest days of the summer. We had a maintenence agreement with another company, but it was going to be a week before they could do the installation. I called Dunco and their salesman was at our house 15 minutes later to assess the situation and give us a quote. They were able to schedule our installation in 2 days, and they actually ended up fitting us in the next day. I was told they could do that because they run more installation crews, and because of the kindness of their other customers, (agreeing to let us go first because we had no air conditioning.)

Our installation crew, Clayton and Evan, were amazing. They were very professional and fast. They didn't mess around, they just came in and got the job done. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and we know who we'll call if/when our furnace needs to be replaced.

We had been without A/C for almost two weeks. I called Dunco. Joe C. came out immediately to assess the situation, gave us a quote that was reasonable, and assured us of an installation day and time. Clayton and his team came early the day of the installation, were friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the work they were doing, and went above and beyond what most businesses do to respect our privacy and keep our house clean. These guys were great, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone needing service for HVAC.

We were having issues with a loud noise that our unit was making. I called in the morning and they said someone would be here that day! Alexis arrived promptly to my house. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue. She recommended to have an overall check service of the unit. She was quick and thorough and explained everything she did! Highly recommended calling Dunco! Hopefully you will be lucky to get Alexis as your technician!

Eric was the service technician that came to my house when my AC quit working! He arrived earlier than expected and even though he had bad news (AC needed replaced) he was very kind and reasonable about my options and his recommendation! Several days later, Clayton came out and performed the masterful replacement of my new furnace and AC units! He was quick and very efficient in his work! When finished, he installed my new smart thermostat and helped me make sure everything (heat and air) were functioning properly! He also gave me a quick rundown of what he did and provided thorough explanations for everything! He made sure he answered all my questions and I am just very glad to receive such great service from both Eric and Clayton! I was very stressed about not having air and needing both my furnace and AC units replaced! I’m so grateful for people like Eric and Clayton to help make this difficult time much more bearable. And now I have AC again and with a new smart thermostat!! Thank you!!

We recently replaced our HVAC system with Dunco and had a positive experience from beginning to end. Joe was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, concerned about our needs and expectations and provided a reasonable quote within the same day. The company was flexible with our schedule for the installation and when the install team arrived, they were on time, personable, gracious, professional, tidy and efficient. We had a whole house humidifier installed. Pricing was up front, and we were asked to pay only after the work was completed. Scheduling was easy, and they didn't leave a mess! Overall a great experience.

Frankie came out to perform the preventative maintenance on my furnace prior to the summer season. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was explained to me prior to leaving. Very friendly as well.

Seven years ago we had to replace our entire unit. Steve came out and did such an excellent job we haven't had to worry about it. A few days ago our unit stopped working and I knew just who to call. Normally I'd look for the cheapest and fastest technician but I knew this time I wanted reliable quality and that's Dunco. Jason came out the day after I called and repaired our issue with efficiency. He was so kind at the end of his long week . They are truly experts in their field. We will always call them first. Also, they are not expensive. They did excellent work at a fair price. They are trustworthy and reliable.

Great technician, I needed to have a repair on my a/c fan motor and she was very helpful and was able to locate a part and repair the same day.

I was referred by friends to have Dunco Heating & Cooling perform the preventative maintenance on my furnace this year. I found out that the heat exchange in my furnace was cracked and I was aware that my air conditioner had a small leak in it. I was given options of things that could be done, without feeling any pressure what-so-ever. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. Tyler and his co-worker came out to do the installation; I was impressed with their competence, knowledge, their professionalism. I am pleased with the great job they did. Anthony, in Service and the office people were great to work with. I felt like everything went well.
