Ryan did a great job in helping me with a issue on my Berkel slicer

They are a rip of they charged me 667 dollars they worked less than 10 minutes on my dishwasher machine . They will get your credit card first and then they will charge whatever they want don’t call them .

I called for service on my Hobart mixer (clean and well cared for older model)
The technician showed up and was there for 50 minutes trying to pry a metal plate off using screwdrivers. I said how much are you charging an hour “$175 an hour” and you’ve been here 50 minutes and you haven’t even looked at it. “Yep.” I’m having a hard time getting the plate off.
I said, “how much longer do you think it’ll take?” He said well it won’t be fixed today because I don’t have the parts.
I said well, let’s just call it a day and you can go on and I’ll figure out something else out.
In other words, he did absolutely nothing except waste my time and I was billed $375. What a scam!
