Everyone I spoke with from quoting, scheduling, to delivery was vey polite and professional. The convenience factor of having some one 'spray' the mulch where it was needed is amazing. Not only did it save me a lot of back breaking work, but it was very fast. 5/5

I resend my review of this company. I made a big mistake tagging this company with such a low mark. 4 T Total Lawn Service is a company you can depend on,they are honest,on time and extremely professional and fair with pricing for the services they provide.

4T Total Lawn is a wonderful company! They provide superior services at a superior level of customer service. We use them for both our residential and commercial needs and I highly recommend them for all anything "outdoors" :)) They are a great team of people to work with and would not trust anyone else with our lawn care/outdoor needs.

4T did a great job for us! After a new roof, new siding and new windows, our landscaping was totally destroyed. Joel, Doug & company came in, installed new edging, river rock & plants, and gave us some real curb appeal. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Extremely satisfied! Doug and the 4T crew completely solved our excessive water runoff and erosion problems in the backyard and made it usable again. With all of the rain (and heavy rains) we have received in 2017, I don't think we'd have much a backyard left without this work being done.

Cannot say enough good things about this landscape company. They just finished a complete remodel on our landscaping around our home. Finally, a contractor that does what they say they will do! They were on time, hard workers, efficient, and listened to us! Doug Yanez went above and beyond with communication. Highly recommend!

From start to finish this company and especially Doug have been great to work with. We had an irrigation system, hardscaping, and landscaping installed. Everyone we had interactions with were very friendly and professional. They answered all questions quickly and made changes very when we asked. I look forward to working with them again on future projects and would higly recommend them.

We asked 4T to help us with a drainage problem resulting from another company's landscape design. Doug Yanez came out and designed a fix, and Pete and Chris put the fix into place. All were professional and hardworking, and very concerned that we got the best of what we asked for, down to traveling a goodly distance to the sod farm, to ensure we had fresh cut sod vs some that had been sitting around a retailer. I will definitely call upon 4T for future work.

We recently purchased a home that had extremely bad landscaping, but we knew this walking into it. Doug and his crew came in and totally revamped out entire home and when the job was done, it felt like we just bought another home! The service was amazing and my wife and I couldn't be happier! I know getting the old stuff out was a pain, but they did it quickly and the clean up was awesome. I will definitely be using them when we decide to revamp the back after we make a few minor upgrades to the home. Thanks Doug, and thank you 4T!!! You guys rock!

4T Total LawnCare did a fabulous job on my patio. Doug offered great suggestions to improve what I had in mind. He was respectful, friendly, and professional. Doug was concerned about a water issue and offered a resolution that was visually appealing. He kept me informed throughout the project which I greatly appreciated and was patient with my many questions. The installers are meticulously detailed. I highly recommend 4T Total LawnCare and will hire them again for more work.

Mike, Tyler & the entire crew are so nice & do metious work. I used 4T for years, then moved out of state briefly. When I moved back to Olathe, I knew who to call! Highly recommended.

4T was outstanding (a quality difficult to find these days!). Rhett, the project manager, handled our large retaining wall project from concept to completion.
