I have had extensive experience with Jonathan Law including a whole house re-plumb, along with hot water heater, 2 toilets, 1 tub, and finally, back and front yard digs to replace city water access and drainage (note: house built in late 1950's without any significant work before this time).
I found him to be friendly, professional and diligent with the oversight of his crew. He explained what needed to be done and the length of time it could take. This included a general timeline for the ground to settle after city access work (10' deep). He returned twice to check on the ground settlement and brought a bobcat to smooth the backyard again on the final appointment.
I am very happy with his service and would highly recommend his work.

Bret Freeman the service man was very knowledgeable and upfront! He originally thought he would have to pull the toilet to fix the problem. He then came and told me it wasn’t necessary and he found the issue. He was very honest, respectful and myself being in the construction industry a breath of fresh air as he was able to cut my cost in half!!!! If Bret is a reflection of ownership I personally have found the plumbing company for life! Thanks Bret!

I had a toilet leaking through the floor and into the basement. The technician that was sent out was in my house for no more than 5 minutes and stated that he would need to move a water heater ($800) and replace some pipes ($500). This was all diagnosed without moving a single toilet to assess the issue. The next day we had someone else come out and all the toilet needed was a wax ring. I am very disappointed with the very short assessment, very little explanation and then an attempt to being charged $1300 when all that was needed was a new wax ring.
