We couldn't be more thrilled with our choice of Thermal King to replace our windows. After a couple other bids from well known companies here in Omaha we found Thermal King to have a superior product and price. Thermal King made the whole process easy and we never felt pressured to purchase. We have had renovations done before but I must say that the installation and installers were first class, prompt, hard working, and respectful. When they pulled out of our driveway the only thing they left behind were beautiful windows! Thanks Steve, Eric and your crew for making everything go smoothly!! We would and will recommend Thermal King to everyone.

After researching windows, we found the triple glass windows from Thermal King to be the best product for the best price. The installers were professional and left the area clean.

We did have an issue with one of our windows and they promptly got someone out who fixed the issue.

Great service and great product. Had a few windows and a slider put in 3 years ago. such good luck we did 8 more windows. Again, wonderful product and service. Thank you guys very much! We will use again.

Professional installation team arrived on time and spent the day on installing the windows. They cleaned up as they went making it a pleasure not having to do extra clean up. Windows look great and you can notice the change in temp in the house. Added bonus reduces the noise from outside. We went with the triple pain windows. The price was s right.

We just had our new Thermal King windows installed and love them. The installers were done in one day! From start to finish the customer service was top notch!

I purchased 10 windows, front door, sliding door, and two garage doors. Thermal king was very prompt in their service. My shower pipes used to freeze, but I have not had a problem with the new windows and front door. And the washing machine's water line would freeze again the new windows no problem. I would recommend Thermal king to my friends and family. The front door is amazing and the sliding door looks great. It is so much better than what we had before.

My wife and I replaced 20+ windows on our home. The original windows were drafty and our gas/electric bill was extreme depending on the season. We went with Thermal King and couldn't be happier. I truly feel like we got a higher efficiency window than others, and they look great. The installation crew worked extremely hard and they were so careful in their work. They paid attention to small detail and made sure that they were installed correctly. There were a few small issues with some of the windows from manufacturing and installation, but they were quick to fix and made everything right. After the corrections, I found one more minor issue, and they were out in a couple of days and got it resolved.

We are very pleased with these windows and can already tell a difference in our heating/cooling and are excited to see the savings we have on our utility bills!

Thermal King replaced our front door with a much needed and much upgraded beautiful design. It took longer than expected but the end result is absolutely gorgeous.

Just got our new windows installed couldn't be more happy with the craftsmanship of the windows from Thermal King. Our windows came in early the installation was completed 2 days later. The installation crew did an outstanding job we highly recommend this company!

Outstanding company to work with.
We purchased windows and doors from Thermal King about 10 years ago. We chose the triple pane so replacing all the windows and doors lowered our heating and cooling about 25%. They are a great product. We had one window that had to be replaced twice and another one is getting replaced today. We have never had a problem with replacements. Recently one of our sliding doors cracked like a windshield on a really cold day. The maintenance guy came out the same day we called and we had a new door within a couple of days. Their product has a lifetime warranty so there was NO cost, no questions, nothing. I have to say this company's customer service is impeccable.

My old windows where over 40 years old I got two bids. I decided to go with Thermal King from doing researching on the quality of their product compared to their competition. It was an easy choice in the end.

My personal sales consultant explained every aspect of how the the product worked and allowed me to design 15 new windows with my current color design after doing a full renovation of my home.

The windows arrived two months earlier than expected and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for new windows, a new front door, storm door and patio door.

The installation team was professional and did a great job cleaning up!

I even got a call from the marketing director after the job was done. To make sure I was a another satisfied customer.
I replied "indeed"!

After waiting quite a bit or replacements everything on our bay windows look great now! I know everything was being held up for a while and a lot of it was out of anyone's control so I won't count against Thermal King for taking 4 months to fix the broken window. The installers where the same 2 that came originally which was nice to see that they sent familiar faces. They changed the weight issue with the windows with a very nice, uniform looking fix much better than before. I am very happy with these windows and I believe I may go with them again when we decide to replace our remaining single pane windows!

I am amending my original two star review. I received a call from the sales manager the next day. He was very apologetic that what I experienced is not the way they do business and I get it, everyone, even salespeople have an off day sometimes. Right on the phone he gave me a good review of the program being offered and the pricing and asked for another chance to earn my business. I will admit, I was impressed that they even followed up given I still have not made a purchase yet. Would have been very easy for them to just move on but speaks well of the company that they are willing to take time and make things right, even in the sales process for a potential sale.

Terrible customer service and high pressure sales. I am in the market for a replacement patio door so I had them come out. I was a shocked at the price tag. I told them I was gathering some other quotes and it would be about a month before I was ready.

About a week later they contacted me about a "show home" program with pricing too good to be true. I agreed to have them come out again to talk about it, but it seemed a bit off because I am on a cul-de-sac. The salesman wanted a commitment to buy BEFORE he would share any pricing. He tried the "tonight only" approach with me and kept pushing and I finally had to say you are not leaving with a check tonight. At that point he left.

Had windows done scrap years ago, they did an awesome job.

Just had them do the siding and while they did do an excellent job replacing tyne gutters was never the plan. They completely removed and disposed of the gutters due to a mistake by the siding crew and somehow I had to pay for the gutters to be replaced.

If they had manned up and paid for there mistake it would be a 5 star review. My having to spend additional unplanned on funds for their screw up is why it's only 3 stars.

If you want the outdated sales pitch of having to spend 2 hours talking to the sales person, while he pitches you a bunch of things you don't care about, this is the place for you. This is not meant to be a negative review, just a review of their sales process....it is very time consuming, clunky, and outdated. If you are someone who likes to sit for longer quotes, I am sure they do great work, just wanted to enlighten people on the process and their "schedulers". ​​​

I did an entire house and sliding doors replacement. It was my entire severance from losing a job because I wanted to decrease utility cost, which there was none noticeable. i was surprised at the poor installation quality. For the cost, I expected all leaks around the windows to be stopped. They weren't. After a year, one window in my bedroom would not close completely. They came out once and said it was an installation issue. They referred me around the horn and the same guy called me back to say he had already reviewed the window and it wasn't a window issue. So, I was stuck with a window that would not close 1/2".

The sliding door they installed in the basement was so heavy, we could barely open it. By the end of my time in that house, I would go upstairs and out rather than fight with that heavy door.

I would NEVER recommend this company. They installed windows, yes, but they did not do what was necessary to stop all leaking around the windows or to resolve a window that would not completely close, irregardless of a 50 year warranty.

I sold the house after 6 years. I never saw any savings on utilities, never felt it any warmer in winter or cooler in summer. Wasted a lot of money for what seems to have been an unnecessary purchase for my home. Having a window that will not close or a door too heavy to open only exacerbated my opinion.

As an update to my first review, it has now been over a year since the first review and we have received NO RESPONSE from Thermal King regarding the shoddy installation of our windows.

This company is full deception. They say the windows will be done the next day. That is false you have three days to cancel the order. They want your money then what?

It was just a high pressure sales pitch for overpriced windows. We had some specific questions which were never answered, and instead he wasted over an hour showing us a heat lamp and how triple pane windows work (which we were already aware). He spent almost 3 hours at our home, and again we didn't make any progress getting information for the project we wanted completed. He was instantly annoyed when we didn't want to commit to 10k upfront and not take a day to consider our options. Pretty scummy if you ask me. I always take time to consider large financial purchases, and that should be anticipated. I'm glad we decided to go with another company, as one of our neighbors showed us the low quality install they received.

Horrible service. No one called us to explain why things where taking so long. They coded something wrong and eight months later we still have no window. We canceled our window and didn't get any money back. Horrible horrible treatment.
