Very quick response and came on the weekend. Very knowledgeable. Didn't kill us on cost and used dependable parts. Would definitely use again.

The team at High Efficiency did a great job for a great price installing our new HVAC system with complete new ducting at Wildcat Storage Center in Louisburg. We chose them for several reasons, but a major on was that they modeled the space in software to determine the right unit for our needs rather than using dated "rules of thumb" sizing. Great service. Did exactly what I called them for. Tune up , safety check on furnace and new thermostat installation. Appointment available 2 days from phone call to inquire about when they could come.

The ENTIRE team takes care of business. I had a Trane-wreck system that they cleared up for me. Outfitted me with a new slick bundled system for an awesome deal! Installed quick too. I really appreciate the HEHC team and will be doing business with them in the future!!

After returning home at 6pm on a Thursday night I found my AC was not working and my house was too hot for my child. I called Matt and he responded immediately and got me up and running in time for my daughter to go to bed. We are definitely calling him again for any future needs.
