This place was one of the best places when it comes to working on plumbing and heating/ac deficiencies! Hands down!! They came out and they actually helped us instead of just telling us and doing the job crappy!! They took their time, effort, and pride in all they did!! I would reccomed this company to anyone with the same troubles we were having!! Our air conditioning unit has never sounded better!! 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!

Our AC went out one afternoon when it was 90 degrees and I called On Time that evening- they had a tech out first thing the next morning and got us back up and running at a reasonable cost! Will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Greg did a good job repairing our tub faucet and at a reasonable price.

We had a difficult problem with a sewer clog after just installing new plank flooring near the floor drain. Jeremy identified the location of the clog but was unable to reach it with blades to clear it due to some unfortunate routing choices by the original plumber. He suggested clearing the clog with pressurized water, and to protect the flooring he brought out folks from Stover’s Restoration to be prepared to remove extra water from the floor drain. This worked perfectly and it was important to have the drain managed, as quite a lot of water came up before the clog finally cleared. I’m very grateful to Jeremy for his methods that respected our investment. He verified the drain was cleared with camera and showed me the whole length of the drain with the probable reason for the clog. Jeremy went above and beyond for us. We’ve used OTP several times over the last few years and their personnel have always been way above the average for their profession. Highest regard for their work!

This company was sent out by American Homeshield and I would definitely recommend! They went above and beyond to repair our air conditioner. They came out on a moments notice and made sure it was working before they left. Explained the issue and guarantees their work!

I have used On Time on 2 different occasions for my water heater and shower issue. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. I will always use On Time plumbing because of him.

We have AHS so they use this company when we have plumbing issues. Although American Home Shield is nothing but problematic it's not the fault of this Plumbing company. On Time plumbing did a great job clearing out our plugged up sewer line!! After 2 days with not being able to use toilet or shower I was finally able to do so after they left! Thank you so much Justin and (can't remember the other guys name) you two were awesome!!

On Time Plumbing had someone out the same day, even though I called after 1pm. Technicians were at my house less than 2 hrs later. The technicians were polite and took pains to not track snow into my house. Kevin clearly communicated what was needed vs suggested and completed the work in under 30 minutes. The total cost was definitely reasonable and there are no leaks!

Jason was awesome!!! Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable! My toilet would not unclog and I tried everything. It only took him a few minutes and it was fixed. He was so nice and I will use your services in the future!

Brandon, Jake, and Anthony worked on my broken water line. Customer service was great. They cut the sod off before digging so that I would be able to save my grass. All persons were very polite. Your company came highly recommended from a previous customer. I agree and recommend you to anyone who needs a good company.
