We had a pipe burst this week that flooded half our basement. I called Stover’s Restoration and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Nick and Eric went above and beyond. They explained everything in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. They were even able to refer me to a plumber, and because of their referral they got me in same day. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and would use them again in a heartbeat if I ever need their services again.

Stover's Restoration provided excellent service from the time I called them at 9:30 PM on a Sunday night and Zack arrived arrived in less than an hour to begin saving our basement from a flood caused by a busted water heater to when Cori finished replacing and cleaning our carpet. And he cleaned the whole carpet, not just the areas affected by the flood.

The office staff was very understanding and helpful. The organization is friendly, professional and efficient. I will recommend them to anyone.

Stover's Restoration did a very nice job with our Water removal and the subsequent drying and Carpet cleaning! They got there faster than any other company at the time! They were prompt and professional and very willing to work with us, they made the whole process seem very easy!! I would use them again in the future!

Cody and crew with Stover's Restoration are a top notch group of people to work with! They were very quickly responsive to our call and inquiry of our mold finding in our attic. They were very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly our options to treat our problem. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I expected to come home and find a mess, but was very surprised at how great everything looked. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Cori was super to work with! He explained everything & kept me calm when I started panicking about all our damage. His team worked very quickly & efficiently & also went over the process with me as they were working. Our neighbor recommended Stover's & I am sure glad I called them. Stover's Restoration was recommended to me by my insurance company to fix a water supply leak in my basement that flooded my family room area. Stover's responded to my call very quickly and were at my house in less than two hours to start removing the carpet pad and do cleanup. They have checked on the progress every day and have called before arriving. Shawn has been so helpful and informative on the cleanup process and very good to work with; he has already scheduled relaying the carpet & pad within a week's time period.

We didn’t even know where to start when our basement flooded. Stover’s was able to send someone out within 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and made sure we understood every step they took. Eric P. was our main technician and he made this a great experience when we were in a frustrating situation. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Stovers to come out and clean up the leftovers from an unfortunate leak in our basement. Everyone we met from the company were all extremely prompt, well-spoken and professional. They went into detail for me as to what their process was and what they'd need to do. They came out very quickly for a quote, then we officially hired them, they did the work thoroughly, and worked out doable financing with us as well. We are super happy with how we have been treated as customers! We felt as though we were a priority from the get-go.

Walking into your newly renovated basement and feeling your socks get wet on your freshly installed carpet is never a great feeling.

Our house was hit by flood damage twice in less then two months time. Stover's Restoration was so quick to help and restore our piece of mind, Tyler A. and his coworker showed up at 9:00 pm on a Sunday and stayed until after midnight to ensure restoration of our home. The professionalism exhibited by anyone who came to our home was top notch. They always kept appointments and were very punctual. Our home was checked on daily and we were updated accordingly. Stover's worked directly with our insurance company and everything was handled smoothly. My family and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I was fortunate to never need a restoration company before my house fire. Stover's was very timely and professional restoring my house from top to bottom. They had four different crews working in my house within a week handling water and smoke damage. I told coworkers and family that I didn't think my house was this clean when I bought it. I choose Stover's Restoration based on a recommendation from a plumber Andy Mullins. He had recommend Stover's to other clients and I have to say I was very pleased. I called on a Saturday morning and Stover's quickly came to my house and started the process of getting all the water out of my basement. Zack was polite and obviously quite equipped for the job of removing standing water in my basement. I highly recommend Stover's Restoration. Thanks to them I was able to keep both the pads and carpeting as well as wood flooring in my basement.

Our insurance company recommended Stover's Restoration after we had a water heater flood our basement. Within 30 minutes we had a representative at our door ready to assess the situation and call in back up to get started on our basement. Within two and half hours the carpet/pads were removed and the fans and dehumidifiers were running. They followed up each day and on the 3rd day Cori B. returned with Zach to confirm the equipment could be removed. I highly recommend using Stover's and when speaking to friends and co-workers it seems they have also used Stover's in the past and were pleased as well. Two thumbs up!

I can't say enough good things about Stover's Restoration. I had a supply line fail in a 2nd story bathroom and had 3 floors that had to be dried. From the 1st call to job completion has been a great experience. They let me know how the process would go from start to finish. They kept times of appointments that were set with calls before them heading my way. Everyone that came to my home was respectful and answered all my questions. If I have a future need I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

We had a refrigerator water-line leak that caused a huge amount of water damage to the kitchen, living room, and basement. Robert Deeds and his team from Stover's Restoration were very responsive, quick, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, respectful and polite. They were very considerate and careful with everything they moved as they worked to remove the flooded flooring. After clearing out the damage they placed fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the rooms for a few days in order for them to be properly cleaned, prepped, and restored with new. We're extremely satisfied with the quality of service they provided and highly recommend them to anyone in need of the kind of work required. Thanks guys! 😊

All I can say is wow! We had a leak that had been going for several hours and contacted insurance who said that it would be at least a few days until service. But these guys were on it! They were out at 8pm same day setting up dehumidifier and fans, super helpful and explained the next steps and how billing worked. Thank you SO much Cody and his team for helping us in a time of crisis!

Our sewer backed up in our basement with sewer water covering everything at a very difficult time. Stover's came so quickly and made everything feel manageable....bagging clothes, cleaning, trashing, pulling up floors, and making life better again. I was so grateful for their service work and their hospitality they showed to us.

Stover’s Restoration provided us great service after water leaked from the freezer onto our hardwood floors while we were away from home on vacation. We ended up with damage to the hardwood floors and basement ceiling below. Everyone we interacted with from Stover’s was very professional. They explained their process and what to expect thoroughly.
