Justin Mathes was fantastic! He arrived early to our appointment and quickly resolved our issue. He even replaced a hose that was not in his list to ensure our unit is in tip top shape. He is always very professional and helpful.

Randy came out early this morning to assess our options to replace our old water heater, which had started to leak. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide several options. We opted for a tankless water heater, and he was able to come back later the same day and got it installed. We appreciate the time he spent explaining our new system and all the work that he and his coworker Kevin did, and he answered other questions we had best as he could. Having the new water heater so quickly is a relief as we were not sure how much longer our old tank would hold.

Had my water heater serviced this morning, and Rob was outstanding—professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain my options and important considerations, helping me make an informed decision. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and expertise. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Alex did a wonderful job. He was on time, courteous and took the trouble to make sure I fully understood what was going on and what my options were, and he answered my questions thoroughly. Appointment schedule was great and the scheduler was helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

We had a buzzing sound coming from our furnace. Brandon inspected the unit and found that our fan cover was warped. He adjusted the part as a temporary fix and priced out a new fan for us (recommended replacement ASAP). He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner. We are pleased with the service!

It was a please to work with Eli. He was very detailed in explaining our heating issues and gave me options with prices. It was also same day repairs / installation. He was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend him and Kb Complete again.

Kylee was excellent. We were requesting KB to examine our pipes for a second opinion. She and her apprentice were very professional and thorough. Couldn’t have had better service!

Chris Rose was our electrician today, he was kind, professional, and efficient! He was even very kind to our dog. He checked on everything and gave estimates for different items that needed attention. I decided to go with the simple fix for today and he was very respectful and did the work quickly and helped to make sure my fridge was working again after the work was done. Great experience overall! I would love to have Chris as our electrician again in the future!

Zach came out for smell coming out of bathroom. He was thorough in inspection. Advised needed to do a smoke test but after quoting price I declined. Zach was extremely informative and friendly.

We’ve purchased a number of items from Erik. Always professional, always great service. Zach, our installer, did a great job. Smooth installation, great clean up, no issues.

Dylan and his crew did an amazing job to restore/repair my power after my home caught fire. Another company tried to charge me over $14k. I tell you, when insurance is involved the vultures come out in hopes of a quick payday. I paid half of that going with KB Complete.

Due to that alone, I will be a lifelong customer. I appreciate the honesty and the quick response of this company and the crew that came out to service my home.

We had KB Complete replace both are heating and air conditioning. The whole entire process from the sales side to installation was exceptional. Eric Schalk, sales representative answered all questions and provided an excellent description of what we were buying and matched us with the appropriate system for our home and needs. We had a lot questions and all questions were answered promptly. KB was able to install the system within 3 days after accepting the quote. Edmund Semple and Adrian Luna did an excellent job installing the system. They were respectful of our property, you cannot even tell we had an old system removed and a new system put in. System is working great. The follow up calls after the installation were immediate. We are already scheduled for the yearly maintenance in 2026. So far so good.

Absolutely amazing work! I was behind the 8 ball on getting my 100amp service replaced, and kb complete got me in super quick! Dylan was Absolutely amazing! Very informative, and very reasonable to work with! Would recommend again!

Andre was very down to earth, caring and gave me a complete sense of honesty in his assessment of my water system. He did not tell me I needed things that i simply did not need. He approached everything from a personal point of view, meaning he told me this is what I would do if this was my house. That was very clear and reasonable. Always ask for Andre when calling KB Complete, amazing person. Thank you KB for sending him to me! I will stay with KB just because of him.

Both technicians (Robert and Rick) were on time, communicative and thorough. They kept me involved and updated during their inspections, repairs and aware of the costs up front and provided me with estimates on future foreseeable repairs. I appreciated being involved during the entire process.

Chris, Joseph and Logan were amazing!!! They called us to let us know they were coming. Showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently! We are very pleased and would highly recommend all three of these technicians for your electrical needs.

We had an HVAC maintenance with Ramon recently and he was also great! Very pleasant and enthusiastic. He showed up on time and explained everything he was doing. He made good recommendations as to keep my very old unit working efficiently. Highly recommended this company as they have excellent customer service!

We recently hired KB Complete Plumbing for a full sewer line replacement at our home, and while the project came with a few unexpected challenges, we’re ultimately very satisfied with the outcome.

Cooper Stubbs was the lead technician on the job, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. His professionalism, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate clearly throughout the process were especially appreciated. Sewer line replacements are rarely straightforward, and ours proved to be more complex than initially anticipated. The project did run over the original timeline and exceeded the initial estimate by approximately $10,000 due to unforeseen complications.

That said, the communication between Cooper, the KB Complete team, and us as homeowners remained strong throughout the project. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the team made an effort to ensure we understood the reasons behind the delays and additional costs.

It’s important to acknowledge that not every job goes exactly to plan—especially with something as intricate and buried as a home’s sewer system. What matters most is how a company responds when challenges arise, and in this case, KB Complete stood behind their work and remained committed to finding solutions. That kind of accountability goes a long way in building trust.

The work itself was completed with care and attention to quality, and we now have peace of mind knowing our sewer line is fully replaced and in excellent condition.

What great service from technician Russel. It was a pleasure having him work on my furnace. He gave me a very detailed report about what he repaired and what issues I should consider addressing in the future. He was able to answer all of my questions concerning possible replacement of my hvac system. I really enjoyed his visit.I feel Russell is a very knowledgeable and competent technician and and a great asset for KB Complete!

Kylee and Caleb were excellent in bailing me out of a difficult clog in my house. They were here for nearly 3 hours unclogging these old pipes and were extremely knowledgeable and professional and saved me thousands in repair costs. Will definitely recommend KB Complete! A very happy customer.

Randy did such a great job on replacing a gas line and updating shutoffs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he saw that needed done. He had everything on the truck to complete the job right away, which I really appreciated . Thank you so much! He’s also very nice and friendly!

Chris Rose with KB complete was very professional and knowledgeable! He found our electrical problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He was also very respectful of our property. He wouldn't walk anywhere in the home without his feet covered. It was a very enjoyable experience.
