Ryan has been out twice now. He explained the issues clearly and gave me my options clearly as well. Would not hesitate to recommend him or the company overall to anyone.

I had a great experience with Andy’s Pipe Dream, especially thanks to Ryan Hill. He did an excellent job fixing a leaking pipe in my home. Ryan took the time to carefully identify where the leak was coming from and clearly explained the issue before making the repair. He was professional, thorough, and respectful of my time and space throughout the process. I highly recommend Ryan and the team at Andy’s Pipe Dream! My dog would give him 20 stars if she could.

I have had other plumbers n the past. Going forward it will only be Andy’s Pipe Dream. Not only was the price more than reasonable, but gives senior discount. Ryan Hill has done work for me twice, clean cut, very nice. Gets the work done in a manner of time. Leaves no mess. Thank you for showing me what needed to be done and the estimate before the work is done. I definitely would recommend this company and Ryan.

After finding wet carpet in our basement storage area, we were SO happy that Andy’s Dream was able to come out just a few hours after calling them. Our insurance could not get anyone to our house in a timely manner. Russ and assistant Emily were easy to work with. The problem with our sump pump was assessed quickly while educating what happened and how it should work properly. The sump pump was replaced and Russ and Emily were calming professions. Thank you for sending THEM!!

J.T. Grissom is a rock star! Although a young-looking hand, he knew his craft well, and handled our job like the “pro” we all hope for when we get that knock on the door. Gave me some different ideas, without being pushy at all. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Ryan was awesome. He has helped me before for a different reason (returning customer!) and this time was no less great as far as his help and service. They got to me quickly, thanks to them working with another customer who was willing to switch appointments. These guys try to make it happen. I’m thankful and I refer them. Unexpected issues with plumbing or any house issue sucks for everyone, but having a company you can skip the “BS” with and depend on. I also get detailed emails with photos and prices on things that occurred and things I can consider without being pressed. I appreciate the ability to make decisions comfortably in my own time.

Ryan Hill was assigned to our request and came to our home for the evaluation. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived late, but Ryan was incredibly patient and understanding. After confirming with his office that he had no other appointments for the day, he kindly reassured me that he was happy to wait.

More importantly, he demonstrated deep knowledge and took the time to walk me through several options, providing thoughtful advice and going above and beyond what I expected. Had a bathroom faucet that did not provide hot water. Cartridge not installed correctly but its note. Water heater needed replacing. And water leak in garage. Everything is working properly

Easy process to schedule an appointment. As usual, the guys that have come out are always friendly, helpful and provide advice. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Needed a small gas line job done in the grill pit. Grissom was on time, saw the situation and fixed the situation. Very personable and professional! Recommend them!

I've used Andy's Pipe Dream several times, most recently for the installation of two new hot water heaters. Thei quality of their work is excellent and their staff and service are outstanding.

Victor, employee of Andy’s Pipe Dream, was knowledgeable, professional and very communicative. He was the third plumber to attempt to repair the drain in my walk in tub. He was the only plumber who was able to successfully assess and repair the issue. He explained everything he was about to do. He supplied three different options on how to fix the problem. I am totally satisfied and plan to use Andy’s Pipe Dream for all of my future plumbing needs.

Ryan did a good job and was friendly. Same day toilet installs and fixing the leaks which was great, we just bought the house and we were very grateful to not have to wait.

I recently had Ryan Hill and Brett come out to our house. We had two different plumbers come out and tell us two completely different reasons why we had a leak (both solutions required breaking into a wall or floor to fully find out). Ryan and Brett were the only ones who offered to run a full diagnostic and get to the root of the issue. While they ran the diagnostics, they offered to point out issues they found along the way and repair those. They were extremely helpful and reasonable. While I don’t look forward to having a plumbing issue in the future, I am happy to know I have a reputable company and workers to help in a future plumbing issue.

Best experience I’ve had with a plumber. The person that helped me was Ryan Hill. I appreciated that he was willing to take the extra time to educate me. He was very patient with me and answered all questions in full. And all for a fair price. He did not try to upsell me on things I don’t need. I will certainly be a return customer.

Ryan has helped me before on a more extensive job. He was always courteous but direct, tried to walk me through all my options, steering me to the least expensive if it would suffice, and he did it with humor. I am comfortable with him in my house even if I am not there.

Just installed a new Toto Drake that Andy sells. Rick was a very nice young man. They put it in the day they came. My neighbor highly recommended Andy to us, so I didn't shop this one out. Update: Just put in another Drake and Rick installed again. He is such a pleasant young man and definitely takes great pride in his work.
