I really love the honesty of this company. Preston let me know that our newly purchased home already had cleaned ducts so we didn’t have to pay for something that wasn’t needed. On top of that he answered all of my questions in regards of our furnace while servicing it before the winter season. His coworker Pete was also very helpful. JF Denney will always have us as customers.

JF Denney did a great job installing a new A/C and furnace for us! Milt and Jesse were super knowledgable and polite! They got the whole install done in a day when we were told it could take up to a day and a half! Hats off to this crew! I recommend JF Denney for all your heating and cooling needs!

They installed our water softener and Dechlorinator a few years ago, and I’ve only had to have it serviced once. I had them come out again, just to check the water softness. they now have a great maintenance plan that covers filters, service, and parts, which I did need. On time and professional always. I will continue to use them for sure!

Tech was very nice and took care of the problem and noticed the cold water side was leaking and tightened it. Thanks.

JF Denney team Bill and Sean did an excellent job today at my place.

Bill replaced our two water heaters. We have geothermal with domestic hot water assist and I wanted specific plumbing to take advantage of this. Bill listened, advised and explained and did great work meeting our specific requirements even though it was more complex and more work than other water heater installs. Bill also took the time to thoroughly test the system and its options to make sure they were all working before finishing the job.

Sean installed the water softener system and also did a first rate job. Knowing we were new to water softeners, he took the time to explain how the water softener works, how to get the most out of it and how to keep the water softener up and running. Sean also took the time and thought to suggest to run the drain line along a longer path to keep it out of the way of foot traffic in the basement even though it took more effort on his part .

All in all a good experience.

After receiving multiple bids to have our sewer line replaced we chose JF Denny. This is the second major line replacement they have done for us. Three years ago they replaced our water line. Levi and his team Brad, Jordan and Dave did an excellent job. They were neat, efficient and very helpful in answering our questions. Kyl e was exceptionally helpful in bidding the job for us and giving us a solution that best fit our needs.

On time, prompt and knowledgeable technician. Good communication during and after the visit.

J.F. Denny replaced my on-demand water heater, and water softener at the house, as well as a 50-gal water heater in the barn.
Cost was as quoted. Arrived as scheduled at 9 AM and were done by 3 PM.
Took away old units, cleaned up and made sure new installation worked correctly.
Denay B. did a great job on determining scope of work and the quote.
Jared did an outstanding job on the installation in the house and John (?) in the barn.
I was very pleased with J.F. Denny!

Great service, incredible team members, awesome hardware. The team quickly scheduled us for a new water heater and helped bring our house up to code within 96 hours of their initial inspection. Excellent service on our reverse osmosis system install. As always, JF Denney did great work.

Great work! I would highly recommend. The employee that did our water softener install discovered a massive safety issue with our water heater ventilation, which had been recently installed by a different company. With his advice we were able to contact the other company and start the process for resolving the issue. Quite literally a life saver for my family and now we also have great water!

J F Denney came out to hook up our Stove and make sure our gas line would fit correctly. They were prompt and easy to work with. Jared was the installer and so helpful and pleasant. Love working with this company and the charges were fair for the work done. Great company

We had to have a main water line replaced from the meter to the house--a hard experience for a home owner to endure, but Levi and Dave helped get us through this with minimal down time and a timely and well done job. They kept us totally informed the whole time and went about the job in a professional manner. An excellent crew and a long-time trustworthy company. High praise for the JF Denney crew! Levi, Brad, and Dave were great to work with! We had a nightmare drainage issue where sewage was backing up into our basement. The situation escalated over the course of a month where other plumbing companies did not have the tools or were reluctant to work on the problem. The JF Denney team was different! They took time to identify the problem. They had the tools readily available to solve the problem. And the office was able to quickly schedule the work. Kyle took the time to talk to the neighbors because the digging would be in their yard! I really appreciate the effort and consideration! Thank You to the JF Denney team!
