Scheduling was a breeze and they even got us in same-day. Fabian was our tech and he was great. Was on time, communicated well and was very knowledgeable. He also took the time to answer questions and clearly explain our options. They clearly explained their fees too, and we felt they were reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jackson is amazing!! What a wonderful and knowledgeable person. He has been out for multiple days work on a problem we didn't know we had. He is professional and kind. If he has to be late he calls or text. My whole family of dogs, Foster dogs and cats love him. He is great working around them. Thank you Jackson for everything!

Home safe said they don't cover corrosion. And refused to complete repair. They approved the repair of a rust hole at one end of a pipe that had easy access and then refused to replace same pipe because they don't cover corrosion. I told them I would not need their service any longer. They said they will review decision and let let me know Tuesday. Wednesday I will be able to tell you that they agreed to complete repair or take advantage of your financing of repair and pay you the 65$ for work done. I don't believe I should pay 65 for work not completed. If they agree to complete job I will pay 65 on completion off job. If they won't complete job I will cancel their service. And pay 65 and pay to get pipe replaced.

I was able to get a plumber out here within an hour, and he finished the work today and it was very reasonably priced..

Mike and Alex did an outstanding job fixing our shut off valve. Always love using local company verse the big companies.

Jackson just left after installing a new tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and explained a lot to us replaced the old tankless with a new one.

Nick was amazing! Made a clean cut in the ceiling in the basement to put a new spicket for the back yard. Everything is working well. Nick explained everything he did. Great service and he was very professional and explained everything! Very happy with the result!

We were having problems with a new hot water heater and Nick came out to troubleshoot the issue. We had some cabinets painted in the house recently which caused a vapor lock on the heater. He went over all the workings of the heater and the problem causing it to not work. He stayed approx an hour/hour and half until it was completely working properly and showed me all the things that we need to watch for with potential future issues. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommend.

Had Tried and True plumbing out twice. They are punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and have fair pricing. They helped me with both my new gas stove and dishwasher installs. Would definitely recommend.

Alex did a great job. He snaked the sink several times to make sure it was clear. Even cleaned up the floor after he was done.

They came out on time, did their chores, got our approval, explained the job in detail and vanished, just as quietly as they came. Ki da like Santa, except no gifts, well except for the great work they accomplished.

2 man team showed up as promised. Uniforms and plastic covers to pull over their shoes. Very professional and definitely legit. Team leader was called "TJ" and was very knowledgeable. Both team members who showed up were super polite as well. Thanks for fixing my leaking shower. Will definitely be using these plumbers again.

TJ was very professional and informative. he repaired the toilet tank and the shower but there were some repairs I had to pay for myself which is why the answer about the price was unsure since this was the first time I had service done like this.

I woke up to a broken water heater. Luckily it was still under warranty. The manufacturer AO Smith suggested a handful of plumbers and Tried and True Plumbing was the only one located in Olathe. I am so glad we chose them. They were prompt, hard working, great to work with and got us a new water heater by the end of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
