The following morning, after the carpets had dried up a bit, I noticed a tiny spot that wasn't as clean as I anticipated. I made a call and requested if they could dispatch someone for a minor touch-up. They graciously agreed and in a few days, Jonah, another technician, came over and cleaned up the small spot. He too was quite professional and polite. To be fair, I was being a tad nitpicky as my carpets were relatively new, but they accommodated me nonetheless and were extremely professional and pleasant about it. This isn't my first time employing their services and I certainly plan on continuing. Highly recommended.

i was a little unsure about booking a carpet cleaning service because of some negative reviews i’d seen, but i decided to give it a try anyway. booking online was really simple and fast. i got a confirmation by text and email, plus reminders before my appointment. on the day of service, i even got a text letting me know bradley and jonah were on their way, along with their photo and a way to track their arrival. that was impressive! bradley and jonah were both very professional and did a fantastic job on my carpets. with four dogs and a lot of puppy accidents over time, my carpet needed serious cleaning. after they finished, my house smelled fresh, and my allergies improved a lot. highly recommend their carpet cleaning!

After spending $200 on the cleaning, I noticed some improvement, but a few stains on the front cushion were still visible. I took pictures to show the before and after results. While the dirt around the skirt of the couch was better, it wasn’t completely clean. I was hoping for even better results from this professional service. However, I still consider them the best in Overland Park for carpets, so perhaps this is the best outcome possible. The tag on the couch indicates it's okay for dry cleaning, so I might try that next. In an update, I received a follow-up call from the carpet cleaning service. They were eager to address my concerns, and we rescheduled for a second visit to use a different method to tackle the stains. The results are much improved now. My conclusion is that the company excels in both customer satisfaction and textile cleaning. I'm very pleased once again. It's a top-shelf service!
