Service has been excellent from Beebe. We had a mini-split installed with Buckner Heating and Cooling when our home was first built about 2 years ago. We recently discovered that it was installed improperly and potentially unsafe. We've used Beebe ever since and had excellent and quality service from them. Jesse was our service tech and found several other issues with the original installation of the mini-spit once he got here. Thank you Beebe (and Jesse) for your quality services.

David with Beebe did an excellent job as always. He is so thorough and knowledgeable with HVAC service and maintenance. This company is five star from start to finish.

Jacob gave me a heads up texting he was on his way. He was very efficient in checking the mechanics of my unit getting it ready for the next owner of the house.

Jesse did a thorough job of checking my ac and furnace that I’ve had issues with since it was put in not even a year ago with another company, and found problems that are keeping the unit from running properly. He answered questions about issues I’ve had with the unit. I’m now able to go back to the other company to make them fix those problems since it’s under warranty.

Service technician very polite and knowledgeable. Explained his equipment readings and explained adjustments made to increase efficiency.

Beebe was able to service my AC the same day I called. Jesse was dispatched out and promptly found the issue and corrected it. Great service! Been using Beebe for longer than 20yrs on residential and rental units. Thanks Beebe!

We have an annual contract. They come twice a year for ac/hvac check up. Always great service

I had a good experience with Beebe Heating and Air this week. My builder, Bruce Rieke, referred me to them. Beebe also has good reviews and is a Premier Lennox dealer. My technician, Jacob Greidanus, diagnosed my issue as a leaking AC coil. He ordered a replacement, and Casey McAtee installed it. Both Jacob and Casey were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I give Beebe 5 stars.

I called back Beebe heating after they installed a cooling unit at my house. I heard some weird noise when the system startup which turned out to be my completely lack of knowledge of the new system. Yet Robert Klutts from Beebe took the time to explain to me how the new system works and did a thorough checkup to the system to make sure the system is running as it is supposed to be. If that’s not professional, I don’t know what is. Furthermore, I got an email report from him explaining his observation and the work he did, plus pictures showing the readings. I know I won’t go anywhere in the future if I have any heating and cooling problems. I hope this review can help anyone who is looking for a professional service.

Jacob is always on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Doesn't try to upsell and gets the job done efficiently. It eases my mind to know that my furnace is running properly. Very nice young man. I would recommend Beebe. Have been using them for years.

We have used Beebe Heating for 10 years. They annually service our HVAC. Last week, we had a hot water heater emergency (as we were leaving town naturally!!) and they were were so responsive and helpful!! They made time to come out and evaluate our situation and give us estimates. They will always be our first call!!

All started with a recommendation from neighbor then greatly appreciated feedback and assistance from first call to Beebe Heating and Air Conditioning c/o Kelly then Jacob, Master (my description) Technician. Seemed like every step, he made he was either educating or giving me maintenance tips. Some years back, Jacob also had done the Beebe recommending neighbor’s home. Small world! From our vantage, sitting in our wonderfully cooled home, they get 6 out of 5 stars. When I come across great product and/or service, I’m the biggest blabbermouth around!! Thanks Beebe; we’re forever grateful for your service - and especially - affordable (we’re retired on fixed income with significant heart health issues).

Beebe was awesome. Called at noon and had a technician by 4:15 the same day. Jesse did a great job. He was timely, personable, communicated the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
