Christopher was communicative and worked a full Saturday to fix my furnace after it went out. Very much appreciated and good work!

Midwest heat wave hit Saturday, and my A/C went out. Opened a repair ticket with my 3rd party warranty company over the weekend and they dispatched C and D. Christopher showed up Monday, even worked me in as his last call of the day.

Very polite and professional, discovered mice had eaten the control wires! did just what was necessary to get my A/C back and blowing cold again.

I would use them again for certain.

Highly recommended! Christopher worked all day in this frigid cold to replace our furnace in the attic. Excellent work! Very friendly! He gave us the best service ever! Highly recommended!

Chris and his team were simply excellent! Chris was extremely communicative and insightful as to what exactly was wrong with my HVAC and cooling system. The finished product was fabulous!

I had a great experience with the owner Chris. He was very informative and professional. The warranty company was not very responsive, but once the equipment came in Chris was able to get the equipment and everything installed the next day.

Highly recommend C&D heating and cooling. Christopher was very thorough at explaining what needed repaired and very prompt with getting things ordered and returning to replace our AC. We will definitely call on him in the future if needed.

C and D were absolutely phenomenal. I used them as assigned by my home warranty, so a bit nervous at first. But holy cow did they come through! They actively advocated for me with my home warranty people and got me the help I needed. Chris is truly one of a kind.

Christopher did a fantastic job! He replaced our evaporative cooler and coils. He worked hard and explained everything along the way - without making me feel like an idiot. He was polite and answered my calls and texts. We went through the home warranty company but C and D Heating and Cooling will be our new Heating and Cooling go to company! Absolutely outstanding service! First and foremost, Christopher was the definition of professional and punctual. He arrived right on time and got straight to work even as the rain came pouring down and tornado sirens were going off! That level of dedication is rare and deserves major recognition.

He stayed focused, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was handled with care. We’re beyond impressed and incredibly grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend C&D Heating and Cooling to any of our friends or family.

Christopher at C and D Heating and Cooling LLC had my old AC unit back up and running smoothing in barely an hour so today. I really appreciate that, Christopher. Job well done! I highly recommend these folks and what is next this fall? Furnace repairs and I already told him he gets the job, without question. Thanks again, Christopher.

C and D Heating and Cooling LLC did a great job! Our old furnace installed by another company was putting off a gas smell. We called Chris and he made it a priority to thoroughly inspect everything and fixed 2 gas leaks immediately. He then diagnosed all of the other problems and professionally installed our new furnace and air conditioner. We couldn’t be happier with his amazing customer service! We now know we are safe.

Christopher at C&D is the best HVAC person I’ve ever used. He communicates well, took the time to patiently answer my questions, and did what he said he was going to do. My very old HVAC system died suddenly. He showed up in a snow storm, and stayed well into the night in order to replace the system so I’d have heat before the temperature dropped into the single digits. He’s a blessing!

I've worked with C&D / Chris several times on both of our systems as he was assigned by our warranty company to verify and fix the issue of the previously assigned contractor.

He's always professional, respectful, and makes sure I understand the issues and fixes. He most recently addressed our downstairs unit that was not cooling as it should due to low air flow from the vents as well as correcting our intake setup to be for propane rather than natural gas (both due to previous home warranty contractor issues).

Needless to say, I terminated our home warranty and he's our go-to HVAC guy now.

Christopher replaced my furnace and humidifier. He did a wonderful job! He was on time, very professional, friendly and polite. He was super knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. He explained everything that he was doing, and what I needed to know about the new equipment, in detail, so that I understood. He made sure the work area was clean, and that I was happy with his work before he left. He doubled checked the system to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely hire him again, and he will be my first call if I have any HVAC issues! You won’t be disappointed with the quality of his workmanship!
