I was blessed to have an immediate response to my lack of furnace heat at 29 degrees and falling nighttime temperatures. Derek, the gracious and most efficient son of the family owners of this excellent company, came and carefully analyzed my problems ~ all due to poor service from earlier companies! I was blessed because I could have had a fire from previous poor wiring! Derek stayed for four hours repairing EVERYTHING and restoring my heat perfectly! He was kind, genuinely caring and provided expert repair for my home furnace! I awoke the next morning knowing I was safe from fires and my home was perfectly warm on both floors! I compliment him and his parents for raising such a fine son, a credit to them and their excellent company! I am so grateful for my excellent service from this fine company and I thank them for my warm safety and my assurance of a Merry Christmas indeed!

I have had Overland Park Heating & Cooling work on my HVAC for around a decade and I couldn't be more impressed with their most recent service, particularly the expertise and dedication of Doug Crews. Our AC unit had a leak that another company couldn't identify, but Doug's meticulous approach and thorough inspection uncovered the issue. Doug, along with his colleague Dan, were both great to work with and came up with a comprehensive plan for the fix. Would highly recommend them for their exceptional service and for their expertise and dedication.

OP Heating and Cooling are always great. We have used them for the better part of 10 years for ALL our a/c and furnace stuff, for installing and maintaining our whole house humidifier, and also for major plumbing like replacing our main line shut-off valve. They also amended a major issue with our hot water heater caused by our home warranty company's bad installation. Highly recommend.

Dan is our guy for our regular furnace/AC/humidifier servicing, and he's always very friendly, and makes sure we're in good shape for the season. Excellent service every time, and remembers details about some specific needs of our system without any reminders.

Derek took care of inspecting and cleaning our A/C quickly and in a professional manner.

I called on a Saturday in a snowstorm and they came out, diagnosed, and fixed the problem with my furnace all within 2 hours of my initial call! So impressed with their service, especially our tech Derek. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue really quickly!

Our air conditioning stopped working on Wednesday evening and I called Overland Park heating and air Wednesday evening very late and they called me back first thing Thursday morning at 8 AM. A technician was at our house by 9:30 and our AC was working again so quickly this morning! The service guy is awesome and we’ve met him before! Highly highly recommend this company – they’re awesome!

Extremely professional, solid and reliable company. Have used them for many years. Had to finally get an entirely new HVAC system, and while I’m just happy to be cool again, this company has been nothing but a pleasure to work with over the years! For clarity, the original unit installed by them lasted 6+ years beyond any expected lifetime. They use a great vendor as well.

I was told I needed a new furnace by a company that had been servicing my HVAC system for years. When I had asked what was wrong with it, was told "It's old." A dear friend recommended Overland Park Heating & Cooling for a second opinion. They are FABULOUS. Dan checked out my furnace and took extra time to explain what he was looking for and showing me on my furnace. Said it was in good shape but the humidifier wasn't working. He was able to fix the problem quickly. I have definitely found a new company to service my HVAC. I highly recommend. Reasonable pricing and superior customer service!

My A/C went out in the middle of the night during a week of 100+ degree days. I found OP Heating & Cooling online at 1am, booked an appointment between 8am and 10am for the next day, and Derek arrived at my house at 8:05am. He was very thorough, taking a couple hours to see if there was anything he could do to get my house to cool down again. My 18+ year old system was dead.

Derek took lots of photos to send back to his office for an accurate quote and to confirm they had all the parts needed to install my new system. I received a detailed quote by email very quickly after he left.

Derek and his dad Doug arrived at my house first thing the next morning. They did a great job with the installation. We are thrilled with our new HVAC. We feel that we got a great product, quality workmanship, and a good value.

Dan came back to service our heater and humidifier and did a great job, as always. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure our equipment was in good shape. We highly recommend this company due to their wonderful people and excellent products.

Derek is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions during our winter maintenance checkup. He thoroughly looked over the entire heating unit, humidifier including steam canister and the thermostat to proactively detect any possible issues.
