It was time to replace my old system with a new AC unit so I called Summit. They got me an appointment right away, and the next day Victor came out and looked over my old one and gave me some options for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all of my questions. We set up an install date and they worked with my schedule to make it happen. They sent 3 technicians to get the old one removed and the new one installed all in one day! Mike, Dillon, and Nate were fantastic, professional, and efficient. They did a super job. I’m extremely pleased with the work, and the decision to call Summit. If you are needing any heating or cooling work done, call Summit, I highly recommend them!

Ryan and Matty put in a new furnace for me in an old house with a lot of issues. They did a great job fixing it up and leaving me way better off than it was before. Great guys that did great work.

Our 20 year old worn-out a/c breathed it’s last breath on Tuesday afternoon. I called the same Summit that rescued me a couple years ago on our upstairs unit and by that evening Mike had assessed and offered options including financing which was a breeze. We said go and by Thursday at 3, two gentlemen, Jesus and Yino had completed the replacement and explained options to pair the compressor properly to the slightly older furnace. That was especially helpful since the older furnace wasn’t new enough to take advantage of some of the features available with newer a/c units. But they made it work and did a very high quality job with installation. They didn’t leave until all my questions were answered and I fully understood how it would work different than my previous setup. I really appreciated their work and attention to every detail. 2 years now with Summit and they’ve easily earned 5 stars and my continuing business as they’ve performed equally well with the regular maintenance.

We've always been fortunate with Summit Heating and Cooling's technicians. Keith and Antonio were on time and professional. They did an excellent job providing maintenance of our heater and explaining its condition.

We have been using Summit for several years out of their NKC branch and have always been happy with their services. Our service techs today cam from their Overland Park branch and delivered the same great service that we have come to expect from the company. They were professional, courteous, called a bit before their arrival to let us know they were going to be a little bit early. They took the time to explain general maintenance we can complete on our own to keep our system running well throughout the year and installed a filter that we had on hand. They didn't pressure us to purchase anything that they recommended through the visit but did offer several things we could upgrade for just in case situations. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or full installs.

These guys were wonderful! We had a couple companies come out to give estimates and Summit was by far the best price for our budget. We lost our old central air unit on July 4th, which was a nightmare, and they came out within hours of my call and loaned us a portable unit to keep our bedroom cool so I could sleep again! They installed THE NEXT MORNING, and Michael H., Freeze & Camron were excellent! Our house has never been more efficient and cool!

I had a new AC unit and coil replaced. From the sale to the install, the Summit staff were great to work with. They answered any questions I had and kept me informed on what they were doing. Great all-round company from, the initial swap out and installation on my AC and HVAC to the followed-up maintenance care they now continue to deliver. From the scheduling team to the engineers that come to my house I have always recognized and come to expect a very professional and high-quality service delivered. Always knowledgeable in the work they do and extremely polite and respectful every at every time.

Summit is now my new go to company for all my heating and cooling services. Had to get a quote to replace a furnace. Got two other quotes from reputable companies in town. However, Victor from Summit was the only rep who told me that the furnace was still serviceable and reviewed all viable options. He was honest and practical in his solutions. I have finally found a company I can trust. Very impressed.

Yino, Nick, and Kieth did a great job installing and checking on our new tankless water heater! They even attempted to fix an existing issue with our kitchen faucet. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Summit Heating & Cooling. Mike gave us a great estimate on what we needed done. He walked us through the payment process, which was extremely easy to navigate. Nick and Javier did a fantastic job installing everything and explaining to us, step-by-step, how to operate our new systems. Justin came out the next day to inspect everything that was installed. We appreciated having a second set of eyes to double check the work that was done. I have not heard of companies doing that before and it really is a comfort to know the company fully guarantees the proper installation and maintenance of the work done. Every single person involved in the project was friendly, respectful and answered all our questions. And a huge thank you to those working in the office who took care of all the paperwork and scheduling involved. You all are VERY much appreciated!

We've had Summit H/C providing services for our HVAC systems for about a year. We've been very happy with them. SH&C communicates extremely well and every encounter we've had with their staff has been positive. Their staff seem happy to work for SH&C. They arrive when they say they will. They are clear and up front with their costs and are never pushy or use "scare tactics" to promote their services. We recently had Ryan at our home to install some additional duct work for air intake to our HVAC system. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at the original quoted cost despite a small bit of additional work being necessary. We use and find value in their annual service plan. I definitely recommend SH&C.

Really had a great experience from everyone at Summit from Mike on the sales side, to V and the installation team and even with Keith in the follow up appointment, they all did a fantastic job with our complete Furnace and AC replacement. Each person was extremely kind and never felt like they were pushing to get off the job. They took their time, did the job right and gave a very competitive deal as well. We’ve had really good luck with Summit. Chris, Ethan and Jose were all really helpful. We had an issue that required a follow up visit. Summit came out quickly to fix the issue. Everything is working correctly now.
