Ross was great! He was very professional and friendly. He took our service call last minute towards the end of his day and took his time to educate us on what he was doing. He went the route that would cost us the least but still making sure our AC unit would work fine. I’d absolutely refer him. He even went so far as to come back to our house to make sure our gate was locked behind him as we have two young kids

Aric was extremely helpful. He explained everything and was very professional. It was nice to work with someone like Aric.

Devin and Joe were fabulous. Professional , tidy and went quietly about their work. I wish all service people that come into your home were up to their standards . They answered all questions thoughtfully and politely. They were even patient dealing with our large and overly enthusiastic dog. Thank you so much it was a pleasure doing business with you and we will be sure to think of you in the future.

Theo and Dragonfly are working my with our home warranty company. He was prompt and polite, he provided an explanation of the work needed.

Dylan was great and made sure to talk/walk me through everything prior to leaving after getting things fixed.

I was anxious to get our disposal repaired through our home warranty company in a timely manner. Tim was able to come out , assess the situation and replace the disposal in a reasonable period of time. And, had two slow drains cleared. He was knowledgeable, friendly and neat. A very good experience!

I have never been so happy with a company, honestly. Especially when you are making a big purchase like a new AC/furnace. Dragonfly come to my home to figure out how to get the sewer smell out of my basement.Brad was the technician , He was very informative and knowledgeable about what needed to be done appreciated his time and expertise.
I would definitely call them again. Only complaint was they couldn’t take a company check had to pay by credit card. Canceled checks are easier for me to file taxes with on the individual rental properties.

JT did a great job installing our new hot water heater. I was very pleased how he took care in making sure everything was free of leaks and completed correctly . Very professional and friendly. I’m glad there’s still good people like JT that you can trust to come into your home and do a very professional job . Highly recommended !! Thank you JT !!

What a great experience! Truly appreciated all the assistance in making my house a home. You never know how much you need something until it's not working. All the employees were professional and provided guidance to making a crucial decision resulting in saving money and a happier family. The response time was excellent and taking the initiative to get the parts and do the labor saved me so much time. Once again, thank you for everything!

The tech was on time and did a thorough checking of my AC unit. Unfortunately it cannot be repaired. He explain everything to me and is sending the information to my home warranty company.

This is the second company we’ve called this summer for our hvac and I felt Dragonfly was much more thorough than the first! Same day service and the air is already feeling cooler. Very happy!

They were by far exceptional! Not only were they very professional and polite, they were very educated and knowledgeable. They stated in top of the job and followed through until it was completed. Even the ladies in the office were very friendly, warm and empathic and didn’t hesitate to notify the service technician to schedule the appointment ASAP! I would never use or trust anyone else to get the job done!!! From 1-to-100, I’d give them a 100%.

110% would go with them. Reps not only sold me my system. They also installed it and told me all the ins and outs of what I was getting. Quotes were more than competitive and the process was as smooth as butter.

Prices quotes were well below the others that were quoted for like system.

J T did did excellent job of explaining everything to me that he was going to do on Monday afternoon. He is very kind and courteous and a definite asset to your corporation.

Scheduling was easy for my furnace check-up with Dragonfly. They sent a reminder text, they have a two hour time frame, and they notified me when they were on their way. The tech is friendly, polite, competent, and wears shoe covers.
