All of the staff and technicians have always provided great service. They have been particularly helpful in assisting an elderly neighbor lady with her needs for heating and air conditioning and have responded on short notice several times. This kind of service is exceptional.

They installed my heat pump about five years ago. Never had a problem until I dropped the thermostat trying to change the batteries. I called and told them what happened and they were here the next day and installed a new thermostat. I have seen a lot of GK Smith's work over the last 20 years and every bit of it was first rate.

We had a leak on a Saturday, we called the emergency line and ken smith himself came over. He fixed the issue in our attic in the summer heat. We tried to tip him due to the great service, but he would not accept. We were very impressed. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled in this instance.

I can't say enough great things about GK Smith. They have installed two AC units for us and they have always been very competitive with price and top notch on quality. As busy as they are they always find a way to help out. Thanks for taking the time to help me out today. You guys are the best.

Very happy with the service they provided when I thought my furnace had broken during the very cold ice/snow storm we had. While it did take a couple days before they were able to make it out to my house, they were the only honest company out of several that I had come out.
AB-May and Anthony H&C both did very little diagnostics and simply said I needed to buy a new furnace (and quoted an insane amount of money).
GK's tech came out and removed a few pieces and cleaned them, explained what he was doing, and kept working until he figured out what was wrong. Got the part to fix the issue and had it installed within a week.
They saved me the thousands of dollars the other companies tried to get me to pay for a new furnace and instead I spent around $400 altogether. Seems to be hard to find an honest business these days, but this is one of them.

This is a family run business that has customer service all figured out. Extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We have had the pleasure of using them for our older unit and will not call anyone else. Thank you so much for your amazing care and support!

Won’t do a service call on a weekend for a customer they haven’t serviced before. What a joke. Will never call again.

Furnace went out, and I called to get a quote. 4 business days later, they called to say they would be happy to quote a price. It was already done. They must be busy!
