Had a water heater go out at 1300 hours on a Friday. The owner, Gene, came out to inspect what needed to happen. He gave me many options since I have a 2 person tub, and 2 person shower with all the different water heaters on the market. He capped the water line, and said he would be out promptly on Monday morning. On Monday, Gene came out with 2 other plumbers and did an outstanding job with putting in a tankless water heater and new shut-off for the main waterline! I HIGHLY recommend and will use GRT Plumbing again!

Wow! GRT for the win today!! Never do you want a call from your spouse asking how to turn the water off to the house because a pipe burst in the basement. But that’s what happened today 😩 after hanging up with her, i immediately called GRT… within 2 hours of calling GRT, they were not only onsite, but fixed the issue and gave some tips on how to prevent in the future. Wyatt and Joe were extremely nice and did a GREAT job!! The cherry on top was being charged a fair price and not being upsold a bunch of stuff we don’t need… thank you GRT!!

Wyatt and Joe came out quickly. They were friendly and professional. They fixed my leak and the cost was very reasonable! Will definitely use GRT plumbing in the future.

We had GRT out for a lengthy list of projects and they were here all day long- 10 hours + !! Wyatt and Joe were professional and did a wonderful job! Not once did they whip out a cell phone and they were conscientious about closing doors to keep our kitty safe. They worked on resetting a toilet, replaced two freeze faucets, installed a water pressure valve and new ball valves, relocated laundry lines, and rerouted plumbing for dishwasher and refrigerator. They cleaned up after themselves and charged us a fair price. We would never call anyone else. They are completely trustworthy and we are so pleased!

Gene and his guys are awesome. They do excellent work, are efficient, and most of all trustworthy. I have zero issue with them being in my house working if I’m not home. They obviously take pride in their work. They’re a small business so unfortunately yes-sometimes getting a call back takes a minute or maybe they miss the call when returning however many they get in a day. They were highly recommended to us but it did take a couple calls before Sara called back. But I will NOT use another plumber unless Gene retires. He’s experienced, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. And unlike another reviewer stated-it isn’t illegal to charge a surcharge on credit card payments. I always pay by check and never had any issues. 100% recommend them for large jobs or small ones. They’ve done everything for me from replace a leaky copper drain lines to jackhammering up the floor to replace sewer lines and install bathroom drains and set a tub and shower for a basement bathroom. Did the rough-in and finish and did a great job.
