Tracy communicated well, showed up on time, did an excellent job, and at a very fair price. Absolutely no complaints!

Sump pump died during extremely EXCESSIVE rainfall. I called Tracy and he was over to fix it in less than two hours. Saved my finished basement from flooding and saved me thousands of dollars of potential damage.

Our water heater gave up overnight. Called and arranged for it to be replaced today. They were on a job but when Cameron became available he was right there. He did a very professional job. His work really showed well. He didn't waste time, and had all the parts necessary with him in his truck.It took about 3 hours for him to remove the old, install the new including new shut off valves and a pressure tank, clean up his work area and make sure that it was working when he left. I have nothing but the highest praise for his work and for the company he works for to go out of their way to satisfy the customer.

Water heater quit. Called and left Tracy a message after-hours. He replied promptly the next morning and arrived with a new water heater at 10 AM that day. Installed and everything cleaned up and hauled off by noon. Excellent service !

Needed a plumber on Monday, due to a cracked toilet tank and leaking water on the floor. Peterson Plumbing answered their phone when I called in the afternoon and gave me an estimate. Was promptly out the next morning to install a new toilet. Highly recommend!

My house had been vacant for 2 years when I bought it. As a result, it had over 100 busted pipes. I contracted Mr. Peterson who worked tirelessly to fix all the busted pipes. He's very talented and very pleasant to work with. He has excellent communication skills. I highly recommend him.
