Noah did a great job for us once again.
Our fixer-upper has new a new kitchen sink, three new toilets, new shower valves, new bathroom faucets, new laundry hookups, all leaks repaired and all issues addressed.

Lutz gave me an honest quote when I needed work done fast.

Austin did a great job replacing our new toilet.
He was very detailed and conscientious.
It was obvious that Austin cares about completing the project well.
As a retired plant manager, I think your Company has a great employee in Austin.

The staff were good, but the charge I felt was excessive. The screen on my newly installed fixtures in the bathroom had settlement. They clogged the screen, therefore not letting water out of the faucet. I did not have a tool to remove the screen therefore, I had to have the plumbers come out. $99 was excessive for a job that if I had the right tool that was included With a new faucet, I could’ve done the job.

Jakob was so friendly and worked so hard helping us figure out the issue. He had to stay late on a Friday night and was so kind!

It was refreshing to have tech come out listen to what I needed to have done as opposed to what I have had to deal with other companies wanting to give me a 15minute sales pitch for other services that had nothing to do with what I needed done. He gave me a reasonable quote and cleared my floor drain perfectly. I will have Lutz come out to do whatever plumbing needs I have in the future

Very please with our service call from Lutz Pluumbing. The tech, Austin, was very professional, experienced, courteous, and was able disgnose/fix the gas and plumbing issues. We will contact Lutz for any future plumbing concerns.

Austin Jones repaired a water leak in my guest bedroom…. He had to cut a portion of the ceiling out and replace a leaking valve that was dripping hot water. If the ceiling gave out this would have been water ruining my carpets…. What a mess that would have been. Austin is so professional and cleaned up after his work! I would highly recommend Austin to be your Master Plumber!!

Our sump pump quit working during the heavy rain we had last Wednesday. We called Lutz the next day and they were out that evening. Hunter came and installed a new sump pump right then. Hunter did a great job and was very efficient. Highly recommend Lutz Plumbing.

Hunter came very quickly and had the job completed and cleaned up within an hour. He let me watch what he was doing and also answered all of my questions. He even labeled everything for me so next time I might be able to do it myself. I will definitely use them in the future.
