My brother in law was our maintenence
Guy, but has retired. So Comfort Design was the next best choice. Called, was out in just a few hours. Scott was punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. He explained every Step, the cost and what the problem was. Very happy with the work. Will be our first call from now on.

Our AC went out on a very hot day and Comfort Designs responded quickly and had us back up and running in no time!! Our tech was professional and friendly! Price for repair was also reasonable. Thank you so much!!

We had our heat pump and blower unit replaced this year and Comfort Designs did a great job. Great local service, honest and no bs. Every service tech that's been over for either the installation or the semi annual checkup has been professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to talk through what they see and what they are doing. highly recommend

My furnace went out on me yesterday and today I have a brand new furnace installed and working great! Super fast service which is a blessing in the middle of January! Really friendly and professional technicians made for a great experience. I very highly recommend Comfort Designs and would never consider going to anyone else.

I was so grateful to have found not only a company who would come out to my house at 7pm but not charge an arm and a leg to do it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I truly appreciate everything Casey and Ryan did for me after coming home to a house that was 85 degrees! Ryan was so kind and explained everything he was doing and took extra care to make sure it was running correctly before leaving. Not only will they be getting my return business but I am happy to spread the word! Thanks again!!!

After checking with multiple businesses, Comfort Designs was the best choice. They were quick and efficient with their work. We've had our system for a couple of years and they're always great when they come perform yearly maintenance. We've had zero issues with their work or our new system.

AC quit on me this past Sunday (Father's day) and my house was swealtering. I put in a call and even though it was the weekend got a call back with an offer to come out that night. I scheduled for the morning instead, and they were bright and earlier and both diagnosed the issue and had the parts on hand to fix it right away. Couldnt be happier with the service, thanks guys!

Last month Custom Designs installed an HVAC system at our residence. Bill explained the entire process to us in detail from the beginning, and as a result the experience was pleasant and painless. The staff was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgable and most importantly honest. They hold themselves to a very high standard, provide the highest the quality service, and were responsive to any questions that we had throughout the installation process. Our new system works great and we are very pleased with it. As a result I will continue to use their services in the future. I highly recommend Custom Designs if are in the market for heating and air conditioning services, because in my opinion they are number one in customer satisfaction!

Everyone at Comfort Designs was professional, dedicated and top notch. Their customer service is way beyond any other company & they truly care about their customers. I would recommend them a thousand times over again. My A/C went out in the evening. They answered a late call and fit me in the next day. Their communication, hard work & dedication to their customers goes above and beyond all companies in this industry. Scott came out on a Sunday to look at something and fix it for me. This is a local / family owned company that I’ve used for 2 years in a row. I’ve had two of the owners sons come out to do maintenance / small repairs on my system. They are both great guys that were more than willing to spend extra time with me to teach me about my system. They never seem rushed but always arrive on time!

I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call for maintenance or repair. They’ll have my business as long as I live in the area. 🙂

Highly recommend Comfort Designs! Our furnace went out on a Sunday. I called and received a call back within 5 minutes, letting me know someone would contact me about looking at our furnace. I was happy the emergency weekend visit was only $50 more than a normal visit. The tech called me and gave me a timeframe he expected to arrive and he was right on time. Very professional, explained our options and tried to get the unit running until a new unit could picked up from the warehouse.

Unfortunately, our unit died in the middle of the night. I received a call first thing Monday morning to check the status and was told they would let me know when we could expect replacement. With the snow storm received the weekend this happened, plus temps in the 20s, I was expecting a few days before they could get us scheduled. I received a call a few minutes later asking if they could come now!

Within 24 hours of the 1st visit and letting is know what was wrong, we had a new furnace installed. I'm very happy with all levels of service received from Comfort Designs, from the techs in my house who were very thorough, to Casey communicating payment options and quick service. I can't wait to recommend their service to others!

Anytime we have needed a repair, we call Comfort Designs. I called late on a Saturday evening and the lady was very polite. Ryan was very professional and even came out on a VERY hot Sunday. He had the part in his van and got us up and running within a couple of minutes.

Our ac suddenly stopped cooling a few days before the 4th of July. We had a family party scheduled at our house. Timing couldn't have been worse. I called after hours to Comfort Designs and left a message. Casey called me back in 3 minutes! She quickly scheduled us for 8 am. Scott arrived at 8 am and quickly gave the bad news! Compressor out. He said he wasn't sure he could get the new unit before the 4th. He said he'd do his best. He made some calls, left and promised an update soon. I got a call back within 30 minutes. They were able to get the unit and 2 men installed that afternoon. I've rarely experienced this level of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction. I was very grateful to Scott, Casey and everyone involved in pulling off a 4th of July miracle!

So I waited awhile to do my review but back at the end of last year these guys installed my brand new mini split system and it's been fantastic, Scott came out with a few of his guys and knocked the install out in one day.

Well this week the system had some minor struggles and slowly it started shutting down each head.

I had called for a service call and as expected they were pretty busy this week and scheduled me a appointment for next week.

Well the system started to struggle more I called the office today and asked if they by chance get any earlier chance to come out and Casey as fantastic as she is got me scheduled for Monday.

Not an hour later their tech Ryan called had got done early at a job and would be over immediately.

He cleaned the outside condenser and the system is running fantastic again.

These guys have been fantastic and I refer them to everyone and can't say enough good things.

They are my absolute go to for my annual service calls and recommend them 100% of the time.

Trent and Steve were very professional, informative, and thorough. On top of that, they were very friendly as well. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Comfort Designs. From the first estimate to my conversations with the office staff to their installation and final visit for the city's inspection, they were first rate with a better price than any of the other companies from which I received a bid.

They got me back up and running in no time after I blew a transformer on my unit. Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable.
