Quickly found and resolved my issue. Completed an extra request when they were here. Everything was done with 0 issues and was smooth.

Hired out thousands of dollars of work with this company for full house plumbing job. Come to find out the wrong softener was installed. We brought this to their attention, we were promised this issue would be taken care of because we were getting build up on everything, including our brand new appliances. I have left several messages and tried to contact the company directly multiple times and no response….if you want to be ghosted when there is an issue, then use this company…otherwise I would not recommend them. I now have to take matters in my own hands and will be contacting the Licensing Board and DCA of Kansas to report my experience. Its really frustrating because we really believe in supporting and working with local/small town contractors, so it’s been disappointing how our business with the company was handled
