They are awesome fixed my ice maker on my 1 yr old fridge great employee

We have new Bosch 800 Series dishwasher (6 months old and under warranty). Something malfunctioned, causing an overflow from the dishwasher which flooded the kitchen floor. Dalton was the tech who came out to identify and fix the problem. There were a couple of error messages that the washer was displaying which somewhat complicated the effort to isolate the problem, but Dalton was very diligent in identifying and proceeding with the repair. He did a great job and everything is working perfectly now.

One thing that really struck me was his extreme courtesy. Every time he answered a question, he responded with a "Yes sir" and "No sir". Twice during his repair effort he had to reach out to others by phone. One call went to someone back at his office to see if they had a replacement part in stock, at which time I heard him answer several questions, always responding "Yes Sir" and "No Sir". On another call to Bosch's professional support line, the same thing happened multiple times during that call. Wow. You never hear that in today's conversations. After he left, I wished that I had asked him if his father was in the military, which might have instilled in Dalton, the kind of respect and decorum he displayed.

On a side note, I have been using Rick's Appliance Service since 1970, when they were a fairly new repair service (over the years, on 3 different homes and 1 rental property). I have never had a negative experience and they have always been extremely competent, no matter who came out to do a repair. I think the longevity of that type of experience speaks volumes about their commitment to hiring the best technicians or being committed to consistent training in skill sets.

Kyle was an amazing technician! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and while he was on hold waiting for information on my appliance problem, he was able to reattach a cabinet handle of mine. Talk about above and beyond service! I would highly recommend him to others.

Technician called and gave an arrival time. Was dressed professionally and was very polite. Went promptly to work on replacing defective part. Ensured everything was functioning as it should after completion of repair. Will definitely recommend to others. Appreciate a great job!

Darryl D went above and beyond to figure out why my brand new washer was dancing across the floor. Parts have been ordered and I am anxious to have him return to make the final repair. Darryl is a thoughtful and respectful individual that wants to FIX the problem!

Highly recommend for appliance services and will be using them in the future. My dryer was not working, the gentleman who came down was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it,

Steven Tech #15 is the best, awesome work and very professional. Even followed up, and made sure everything was good! Made my drier better than new!

Just before Christmas my husband and I ordered a new whirlpool refrigerator. Unfortunately the two doors were not even. We called whirlpool and they ended up sending us a series of three different repair men out to fix the problem. There were three different companies and Ricks Appliance with the last company.

Amazingly, after the other two companies could do nothing to fix the problem, Steven from Ricks diagnosed that the problem was in the hinges not in the door as the other two companies had thought. Steven then went ahead and adjusted the hinge and now we have a perfectly beautiful refrigerator with both doors even. The doors even open better than they did before Steven worked his magic. I can’t recommend Rick’s Appliance and Steven highly enough! Steven was an amazing repairman and we really appreciate it.

I recently had my washer repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the process was seamless. The technician, Kyle, arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the part needed for the repair, and completed the work within a few days.

Darryl, was professional and proficient. He was very knowledgeable about the problem we were experiencing. He came in diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was out right away. He answered all of my and my husband’s questions and let us know how the problem developed. This is the company I will go to if I have any additional problems. They were fair with what they charged as well.
