We used Gibson heating Rusty Gibson I believe was the owner we had called around to price how much it would cost on four occasions when three times our air conditioning went out in the heat of summer how much it would cost gipsons heating and cooling was the cheaper of 3other company's and was out the same or next day his techs were very professional and customer friendly had our AC up and repaired quickly and even went out of the way to come out after 6pm 1time to get us going to get us cool the same for our heater when it wasn't working we won't call anybody else they are the best hands down cost efficient in these tough financial times also stand behind there work they fix it right the first time what more could you ask for signed very satisfied happy customer Larry and Linda Johnson Wichita KS thanks Gipsons Heating and Cooling

Make sure you get everything in writing. Also make sure the units they're putting in are new, not used ones. Sad part is they won't warranty their work

We've been trying to contact them for over a month now for my company. We recently had a major change in management and have been trying to get several issues resolved, one of which is an AC unit that has not worked since day one. According to the owners records this was the company that did the installation. After leaving several messages over the last 4 weeks we still have not been able to talk to a single person to even verify that this information is correct.
