Mike F. Just came by this morning after our unit went down overnight. He picked up around ten at night, and did two additional follow ups before coming out. He was very professional, and also advised many key points to further the life and longevity of our unit. While also keeping it within the budget. He's a great technician, and really goes the extra mile in his position. Thank you guys again!!

Adam S just left my house after working on my ancient Chrysler airtemp furnace and getting my AC back up and running. Adam was knowledgeable, on time, expedient, and a really nice guy. This is my first time using Hanna and I will definitely be using them again.

Im giving it a 5 star rating because the company over all was so friendly and nice. Sent a very nice and professional man out to give my AC a tune up. He didn't BS me and he was straightforward with me. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Called to have my furnace looked at. They had a technical technician out the same day. He was professional and very respectful the whole time, as well as explaining how to diagnose and explaining the problem. Would recommend to anyone who's having HVAC issues.

Just had an excellent experience with this company. Called them at 8:15 to fix my furnace. Glen arrived by 9:15, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was out of there by 9:45, allowing me to salvage my work day. Along the way, he explained exactly what I was looking at as I watched him, explained the problem and the fix for it, answered all my stupid questions and still asked me three other times if I had questions. He gave me helpful advice about future maintainance and did it all with a pleasant and professional attitude. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but it was NOT unreasonable or outrageous. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Gosh I'm so bad with names but the guy who came was so professional and explained everything he had to do or that needed done and should be done before he did it for clarification and knowledge. Will be using them bi-yearly for maintaining our system.

Update: I forgot about paying for this service and when I called she was like we sent out a notice. Well seeing as how I never called you after 4 months don't you think you should have called me to check in. I mean I did prepay for the service after all.

Received a reminder card yesterday; called this morning and a technician was able to come out to our home TODAY!! Dustin was friendly and took care of our summer startup. I appreciated the way he went over the specific information when he was finished. We've been customers since putting in a new system in 2011 and have been very satisfied.

Both gentlemen were very professional and did a great job. They took the time to explain everything about the new system that they installed. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job. I would definitely use Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Outstanding, really! Danny worked some magic to get my system in early as I was completely without air. The Techs, Adam and Shaun, did an incredibly professional job installing the system. Now I know why the rest of my family recommended Hanna.

Cesar and John installed two new AC units and a new furnace in my home. They were friendly, courteous and most of all real pros who knew what they were doing. Highly recommend reaching out to Mr. Johnny Combs of Andover branch for all of your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. Our family had our AC unit breakdown at the worst time of course, and being overwhelmed with so many different options, extremely large ranges of repair estimates; he was the first to take the extra time to explain everything, as well as all of our options. Never tried to oversell anything, and honestly matched our home needs with the right unit. The Hanna team scheduled us, came out ON TIME, and were courteous. They laid down an abundance of drop cloths wherever the needed to work. My electric bill is now reduced by approximately 30%. Extremely professional.

We had Hanna come and do our spring tune up for the air conditioner. Dustin arrived promptly and did a great job. He was very patient and understanding of our 2 year old, who wanted to watch and give him things. After Dustin was done, he explained everything he did and answered any questions. We will be glad to have Hanna come back again.

Service this good is hard to find! Our 22yr old AC died in October so we had Danny come out to give us a quote. A few days later our furnace failed. I called Danny and they installed a complete new system the next day! Very helpful and knowledgeable sales and installers. Highly recommended.

I recently had to completely replace my old heating and air conditioning system in my home. I made a call to Hanna because of good reviews and experience in the business. I have to say I was very impressed. A nice lady named brook answered my call . Very professional and scheduled my install. The installers, Steve and Cesar came to my home and installed my new trane system. I was amazed how professional they were and there knowledge of the trade. Brook, Steve, and Cesar thank you for service and I hope you all get a big ol raise from your boss. I would highly recommended Hanna heating and air if your in search of a hvac company.

We have used Hanna for over 10 years and are very happy with their professionalism. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. We recently had Dustin come and do our spring check up and he was very thorough. We definitely recommend Hanna!!!!

It just started snowing in Wichita and, lo and behold, the furnace wasn't turning on. In about 5 minutes my technician, Adam, figured out the problem and was able to change it out within the half hour. He was incredibly friendly and, despite how annoying it may be to be asked questions, was more than willing to answer questions about what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, giving me pointers on maintenance as well. The repair was somewhat pricey however, having paid $340 for replacement of an igniter including the $98 fee for emergency service call. I would say that, for peace of mind knowing that it was done right, it was worth the cost.

We've used Hanna Heating and Air Conditioning several times for seasonal tune ups since 2012. They've always been courteous, professional and very detailed about what needs to be done and the cost/potential cost involved.

Their customer service on the phone as well as in person is a huge reason I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Cesar and his crew did full central air install for me, from replacing ductwork to putting in the unit. They were friendly, professional, productive, and asked my opinion on every decision they had to make.

Danny did the quotes for both my new heater when I bought the house, and this install. Very professional and efficient. Had a good time talking to him and the crew both.

My experience with Hanna has been the best ! My air went out on the hottest day of the year. i had just closed on my house on 6/26/20 and five days later i needed a compressor, unfortunely it was also the week of the 4th. Mike was so sympathetic he made sure i received a portable air conditioner and they promptly installed my compressor. i highly recommend their services.

Last week we had a new HVAC installed by Steve and Caesar. We’ve had a week with it and we are very happy with the installation they did. It took most of a day and they did everything we asked. Everyone we felt with seemed honest and I never felt any high pressure sales pitches. All in all I feel that they had wanted what would be best for us and talked us back from a more expensive unit because it wouldn’t pay for itself in the life of the units. I think Jason did a good job on the bids, we had 3 other vendors out and they came in under them all for what we were looking for.

Ben S. came to our home recently to take care of maintenance needed on our utilities. He went above and beyond what we asked of him. Not only was he professional & courteous, he was punctual and made sure that our needs were met before leaving. Ben is a great representation of the quality service that Hanna provides.
