Great Service!!

Very, very hot day and they came out promptly and found a problem no one else seemed to be able to find. Hopefully this fixes it!

I've had Tim work on the AC units in the 2 houses I have rented, now I have my own home and called them, Barney came over took a look at the inside unit, right away he knew the outside unit needed cleaning out, although I could've done this myself, but sometimes we need a little help and knowledge from the people that know what their doing, and for their price that nobody could beat, it took only 30 mins after he left to notice the difference in temperature, I will call them again if needed, I can recommend them any time.

Super professional and got the work done quickly and correctly. I got their work through my warranty company and it turned out great!

Readily available, fast service, great prices, and reliable. They misdiagnosed the problem with my A/C at first and replaced a very expensive part that was not the issue. After realizing their error (in the same visit), they repaired the correct issue and allowed me to keep the part free of charge.

My home warrenty sent me to two other local contractors. Who couldn't even answer the phone. Tim called me within 30 min of the warrenty putting out the request. Came out the next morning diagnosed it. Ordered the parts and was fixed the next morning. If you are using a home warrenty ask for Tim's Heating and Cooling.

The AC blower motor at home was squealing and humming and getting ready to quit. We called Tim's heating and cooling to take a look. He told us he would have to take it out and replace the fan inside of it and bring it back. Otherwise it would take a few days to order one. We scheduled him to come back Tuesday since Monday is a holiday and I couldn't leave work today.
Well, yesterday it quit all together. I was going to have to live through the hottest three day weekend ever recorded. After not sleeping all night because its so hot, I texted Tim at 6am to ask if he could work us back in today and I would figure a way to come home from work to let him in. He called me right back and said I will be there in 30th minutes. THIS WAS 6AM. I totally did not expect that. He will bring the motor back over on my lunch hour.
Then he just called me again, said he had it fixed and wants to bring it back before I go to work at 8am. ROCK ON!! Who does this stuff! He could have easily charged a fortune for a new one and waited until next week but he treated us like he wants to be treated if not better.
I will always recommend this kind mans services!

Moved into our house years ago and their sticker was on the furnace so I gave them a call. I've never felt the need to call anyone else since. They're prompt, friendly and transparent about everything. Use them once and you'll use them for life.

I choose Tim’s because his sticker was on the ac unit of my new-to-me home. This company has given prompt, professional service for 15 plus years. Better service than the big names in HAVC on prior homes.

My 33 plus year oId system was showing age so this year I had Tim’s replace the system. The new system is also a Goodman and gas bills have been under $80 for a 3000 sq.foot house. I think the AC will be a similar savings this summer.

The new system cost significantly less than other bids.

Nothing. Came out for liitaraly 5 min. A and said he couldn't find anything. 5 minutes isn't long enough to test anything, but just long enough to take my hard earned moneey! Thanks for nothing. Defenitely do not recommend.

This company told me I needed a whole new ac unit. I researched and called another company who fixed the problem for $100. It was a temperature sensor that simply needed to be cleaned with a metal file. I suspect all their positive reviews are big lies: much like telling someone who needs a cleaning that they need a whole new system. I would never trust them. STAY AWAY.!!!
