I've been with the company for some time now, and I can honestly say we have an exceptional group of technicians. In my 20 years in the field, I've never worked with a better group of people.

Called this morning after finding a water leak in my basement, they responded very quickly to check it out, Dylan the technician who came was very professional and people oriented, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.thank you for fixing my leak, l diffently now who to call if a future problem arises.

Excellent! From the fast return call on a weekend to the communication on arrival time to the issue with the AC unit before servicing. All Excellent. Thank you. We'll definitely call on you again if needed. Ryan is the best.

Had a great experience with having Seth out to fix my shower! He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it! Very courteous and kind!

Very satisfied, I called them on Tuesday afternoon made appt for Wednesday morning. Was prompt and knowledgeable. Fixed my mother in law’s leak under the house and was very reasonable in their price.

Steve was fantastic very knowledgeable. Was on time finished work in a timely manner. Steve explained everything he was doing. And even gave me some tips so that things wouldn’t be as bad the next time he comes out. Thank you for getting my unit back up and running.

Had a leaking sink, and a clogged drain. Called Dean Norris and was able to get service within 24 hours. Seth was the plumber that took care of us. Seth was great at explaining what the issues were, how best to repair the issues, and very patient with all of our questions. They made the repairs and everything is working properly again. Dean Norris treated us with first class service from the initial call all the way through the repair. Very genuine, knowledgeable, punctual, and fair. Hands down would utilize Dean Norris again for any plumbing issue.

First of all plumbing tech Ryan was very professional and so friendly.
Second I saved between $285 and $485 by using DEN as all other plumbers wanted $1500 to $1700 to install a water heater. My total cost with DEN was $1215

Andy was very helpful and Seth was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional, answered all question with positive attitude, very courteous, I will use again!! they didn't try to sell me a new system like other companys were trying to do, they came out and diagnosed the system and fixed accordingly.

Mike came out to check on my furnace as it was having a slight issue but it was checked out and the furnace is ok just a little dirty mike explained everything clear and answered all of my questions I had I feel relieved I was a bit worried but Dean Norris Inc took care of my needs and I must say they are service with a friendly staff Andy took my call and set up my appointment he was very polite and understanding I plan on using their services again when needed so give them a call for you heating and ac needs you won't regret it.thanks again for coming out to help me it is greatly appreciated.

Your company sent a tech named Juan to my apartment at Greenway manor apartment511 for a water this man efficently repaired all leaks very quickly please tell this man that he did a great job my name is Gary baker. I meant for a water leak

I've been working with Dean Norris for almost 5 years now, great company to work with. They are very responsive, safe and great quality. Matt Cervantes is who takes a good 80% of the calls for us and does a phenominal job!👍🏼

Called them because we needed toilets replaced. Their technician came on time, was a gentleman, wore their mask without it being requested (COVID cases were rising at the time), installed bidets we had purchased (wasn’t on the original job we requested), cleaned up after himself, and disposed of our old toilets for us. The technician also explained everything they were doing in terms that could be understood and explained why we were having the issues we were having and how to prevent them. All equipment works as advertised and there hasn’t been any issues with the items that were installed. I guess there’s a reason why this company has been around for 50+ years.

I called Dean Morris when our heat pump wasn't working properly on a very cold day. Because one of our household members has advanced COPD, they made it a priority to come out that same day which we appreciated very much. Mike did an awesome job! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Called Dean Norris and talked to Andy about a backed up sewer line to the house. He said he could possibly get a service technician there the next day, which was great. Andy called back within 10 minutes and said he could send someone today. The service technician (Seth) was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Seth up plugged the sewer very quickly. Very good experience Thanks for your service.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. We had a water heater that we found leaking last night. I called in around 8:00am this morning and Dylan showed up at my house around 9:00. He assessed the situation gave me an estimate and left to go pick up the new water heater and was back onsite within about an hour. He swapped out the heaters hauled out the old and here I am giving a review at 11:45 am with a new water heater in my basement.

Dylan was professional and he worked quickly. He also took the time to make sure there was no mess on the carpet.

Again… I would recommend these guys for water heater work to anyone. Great job!

10/10 Would recommend! Seth is a superstar plumber! Live in an old house, had our sewer line break. Seth came out and talked over what we could do. Was out the next week to fix it. Only took 2 days and very pleased with the work. They work on old pipes and do a phenomenal job at getting you updated!
