BugBros was was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. My serviceman completely respected my Covid-19 social distancing and he never once laughed at my irrational fear of bugs, spiders, wasps, and bats. Thank you BugBros! I am definitely a repeat customer!

I want to say Thanks so much for all the extra personal service you do. Like spray the camper to start the camping season bug free. Answer all my question about different bugs I came across. All this takes time out of your busy schedule and it is appreciated.

Eric the technician called me at about 10 min to 8:00 am to let me know he was having a vehicle issue and would be about 15 min late for our 0800 appt. I thanked him for the notification and assured him it was no problem. He arrived at 0815,did a quick visual survey,asked if we had any questions and went immediately to work. He went room to room doing his treatment,finished both levela then came back to kitchen to treat for ants,our main reason for calling BugBros. He applied the treatment and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He then proceeded outside to treat around the house and detached garage while looking for the source of the ant infestation. The entire process took only about 45 min. Eric was prompt,efficient and knowledgable. Very pleasant and professional and got along great with the dogs. He explained their policy if any further service was needed,prior to the 1 month follwup,he would be happy to return free of charge. I would highly recommend BugBros to anyone needing professional,qaulity extermination services.

Robert provided excellent customer service while treating our new home in Garden City! He was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I am glad he will be back to take care of us! 🙂

Erik was so great. He spotted all the places where we would have issues, and he handled them. He’ll be back in a month to make sure they stay out. But overall, we were very impressed.

The tech who came out today was on time, friendly, relaxed, not awkward. My daughter and grandkid's were there and he was relaxed professional and answered all of our questions. He was promt and made sure we didn't have any other questions and he was kid and pet friendly. I like that in a business

Very professional service and the spider problem we had was taken care of. They are pocket friendly and take their time to explain the pest control process. We use them for our duplex properties and they really impressed us with their work.

Scott is so incredibly friendly and professional! I get a reminder text, he always knocks to let me know he’s arrived (so I don’t get creeped out by some strange person in my yard 😬😬), and asked how the family is doing. And on top of that, I’ve had ZERO bugs in my house since hiring him - I’m a vegetarian, so if I see a bug i feel like I have to safely put it outside - not having to be compassionate to spiders has made my life infinitely better!! Thank you Scott!!!

Scott has serviced our home twice now, and I’ve been blown away each time. His customer service is top notch and he definitely goes above and beyond.

From the first time I inquired online, he contacted me faster than any other company. Even though it seemed it was “after hours” for most other companies that I tried contacting, Scott called right away and also took time to address all my concerns and talk me through the whole process.

BugBros were very busy that week, but Scott was so kind to squeeze us in that same week within the time frame we requested. He is always so kind, fast, and very knowledgeable. I honestly don’t know if we’ve ever had better customer service in all of Wichita!

The customer service we’ve received through Scott is enough to keep us life-long customers, but add on the very reasonable pricing, ease of setting up appointments (easy as sending a text!), and great results…it’s a no brainer. Stop your search, go with BugBros.

Scott was great, easy to communicate with, confirmed everything, and was very efficient with his time! He even was already waiting for me at my house before I got there.

Eric from BugBros showed up within the time window er were given, i was impressed with the professional attitude and attire. What I was even more impressed with was the knowledge he shared with me about his profession and the thorough job he did. He was also friendly to my dogs which can be a little rambunctious. He was able to quickly determine some insect issues i was having and also provided some sticky traps in addition to the spraying he did.
He took the time to explain that olive oil could dissolve the glue it my dogs happened to get a paw stuck or such but he also put the traps in areas that we were pretty sure my pets couldn't get to. But we all know sometimes things can happen. Overall i was very happy with the service and will use them again.

We recently switched our Pest Control contract to Bug Bros. I am so happy we did! I enjoy working with a company who is dedicated to their field. Scott is awesome and fun to work with. He is professional and very timely. Instantly we noticed that in the same amount of time, he did 3x the amount of work. It also doesn't hurt that he has a great since of humor! Bug Bros ... Well yes I'm a very happy crazy customer. This company not only was understanding and very kind to my situation. they treated me with the utmost respect and did everything they could to make sure that my problem was handled. Easy appointment as well as a convenient time that work best for me.and gave me an update when they were done of what they found or did not find. this will always be my go-to company for any of my bug needs and would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. You definitely can't go wrong with this company. I give them a five star.
