Their the Best...

Had elm leaf beetles horribly that they were coming in the house all over the windows!!! They came out and took care of the situation and I haven’t seen them again!

They came and sprayed for spiders. Very nice explained how how everything worked. Even put out insect traps that worked wonders on my spiders!!!

Have used them for years and they preform the impossible! They go the extra mile every time. I highly recommend for all your pest problems. My complex was infested with bed bugs and in an amazingly short period of time they completed a massive job and we have been free of pest for over a year. If you want a service you can count on I suggest you forget the rest and call the best! I will never get sucked in by fly by night exterminators again. Bugs-R-US saved our complex!

They are a wonderful company. They helped us out and worked with us on times to come out and even with payments. Kim made the 3 horrible month process a little better . She is now our bug lady for life

Very professional. Gave me the steps needed to prepare my home for treatment. They were on time and with one treatment, my infestation went away. They followed up monthly with me in case I needed retreatment before my warranty ran out. Definitely recommend.

Sorry bastards ruined my grandmother's home. Over sprayed the wrong chemicals and completely contaminated her house.

So unprofessional I honestly thought it was a joke. Plus over an hour late?? No way

Waited two days for someone to come give me a consultation. Still no sign. Seems unprofessional to me.

This was a joke. Nothing helped and I was told they would come back out for free and now they are trying to charge me the same insane price. Ill never use them again. EVER.

So I called this company which treated a house we bought for termites. We have a warranty with the treatment. We have discovered we have live termites a couple of weeks ago. I called them back out to our house to retreat. He told us unless we could show him live termites today he wouldn't retreat. This isn't a company you'd want to business with.

They are cons.. they sprayed every 10 days for 10 months and still had to call out another place. Not to mention they ruined multiple things in my home.
She brought her kids one time and got an attitude when I corrected her child. I'm sorry but my home and my rules!!!
I wish I could get my 900 dollars back from them. But that's never gonna happen.
