Very helpful, prompt, friendly, reasonable. When we moved here, our insurance agent recommended Air Tech. We called them, and they were out here the next day to do several things that we needed done as we first moved in. From that time on we have used them and we have nothing but praise for this business!

Our CH/A went out downstairs, the crew did a great job removing the old and setting up the new unit. We've also used them for all of our rentals, installing new or replacing. Mike, Leslie and the crew always do a great job, very professional and if there might be a delay, they are very prompt in letting us know.

I was followed down 24th Street in Winfield by an air tech truck. I had two children in my car. The employee was on my tail until we crossed the train tracks. Then decided he would attempt to pass me in a 30 mph zone. I followed him to Dillons where he waved me down. Told me his name was Dillion M and I was going "slow". When I asked who the owner was he said it was himself. I had highly
recommend you look elsewhere as these men are adolescent and self absorbed. I had two of my young children in my car at the time.

They installed a new Minisplit in our new addition. We went 3 winters with it freezing up and having to use space heaters from Amazon. Numerous service calls and good money after bad trying to get them to fix their new install only to be told they were "out of ideas". They finally admitted I could call any other tech and warranty would cover it. One trip by another licensed tech and it was fixed. I absolutely cannot recommend Airtech. Period.

The lady at the desk is EXTREMELY rude! My fiancee and I moved into a house in the country 4 years ago and their service to help us with a plumbing issue was excellent. Fast forward to September 2024, we have issues with our air conditioning. So, we call up Air Tech. Motor replaced in the AC...$400. PAID UP IN FULL AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! The AC STILLis not working properly. Good, hard working people who pay people to do the job RIGHT just want a little bit of a heads up before someone comes out to look at the problem
I called the office and the RUDE receptionist told us someone was out here to look at it. My fiance was still at work and I had some errands to take of. ZERO NOTIFICATION OF THEIR ARRIVAL.Call them back...sorry he's already on another job. NEEDLESS TO SAY..NOT HAPPY HERE! And the receptionist, Leslie, proceeds to hang up on me. Good, hard working people who try and do the right thing and pay everything on time and just want answers should NOT be treated this way.
