I have used Teegarden for my own home and properties I own. They respond quickly and are very communicative and professional. It feels good to know that things are being taken care of so well and I can completely trust them.

Dominic was on time, professional, and genuine! They guarantee they work. Have reasonable prices, excellent products, and have systems in place to keep your HVAC system running efficiently.

We use Teegarden at my business for any HVAC work. I have also had them at my to install a thermostat and clean our air conditioner. They do really good work.

We use Teegarden HVAC all the time for many commercial jobs. I highly recommend this crew. We are completely satisfied with everything they have done with us and look forward to many more years with them.

Teegarden HVAC LLC leads the NKY and Cincinnati HVAC market in professionalism, quality, price, and ethics / honesty.

After using a highly advertised local HVAC company who informed me my TRANE furnace had "a cracked heat exchange wall" and "your TRANE warranty is not honored by TRANE so you can pay us $2833 to replace the heater exchange or purchase a new furnace from us for $8000", I felt as if I was being "played".

Of course, this unethical company included "if you do nothing, you have a high risk of CO2 poisoning occurring in your own home".

After doing some investigative work, I learned of only two TRANE dealers in the NKY / CINCY area, and called one of them:

Teegarden HVAC LLC.

Teegarden HVAC LLC went way above and beyond my expectations and provided me with the most satisfying and ethical customer service I have ever experienced. Teegarden HVAC LLC not only investigated these bogus findings at my home within 24 hours, they did it all cost free, and discovered:

a). My TRANE warranty was 20-years and still active...
b). My TRANE furnace was in outstanding condition despite it's 12-year age...
c). MY TRANE's heat exchanger did not have ANY CRACKS: NONE!
AND...
d). There are HVAC companies out there in NKY/CINCY advertising: "let us make your home a happy and pink home", and offer "club discounts". But... BE WARNED... this does not mean they can be trusted.

REMEMBER: the bogus and unethical company who tried this type of SCAM is still in business in NKY and CINCY.... so...

Take it from me....
I called Teegarden HVAC LLC and they saved me nearly $8000 + and I immediately signed up to be a TEEGARDEN HVAC LLC client/customer. Don't risk calling the others for your HVAC issues... call an ethical and trustworthy company: Teegarden HVAC LLC. Glad I found them when I did.

The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough in cleaning and servicing my HVAC unit. He took care in keeping his work area clean. After the service, he clearly explained the status of my unit. He also offered tips to help me maintain the unit between visits.

I have been using Teegarden HVAC since 2012. Lee and his team have always served me well with projects I had going on as well as several emergency situations and came thru with flying colors. This is my go to HVAC company. If you want fast friendly and affordable service I would check these guys out!

They've done work for me multiple times on two different houses. 1st was a complete remodel so installing 100% new unit, with new ducts, 2 floors. Calculations were done to assure correct sizing of new unit. Second house was moving ducts and adding some. All work was done correctly and for a reasonable price. I will keep working with them. Like working with Dave Turner, he knows what he is doing and was happy to explain things to me.

We upgraded to a TRANE complete heat pump & A/C system a couple years ago. It was one of the best investments in our home! Our electric & propane usage drastically decreased. Lee and his crew had the old system out and new system installed in less than 4 hours! We highly recommend this local, family owned business!

I just got my new Trane installed today. The installers were here a little before the expected time, and they were ready to get started. They were very friendly and explained what they were going to do. They each had their job to do and they were very efficient. At the end they explained what they had done and went over all instructions and didn't leave until they felt we were satisfied. They did an excellent job of cleaning everything up..

Dave Turner, Pam, and the excellent crew at Teegarden HVAC have continued to take the best care of us for years now. Even on the hottest day this year thus far, they were able to come to our rescue when our AC went out. Thanks again for everything!

Dominic was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond during the installation.
I was worried that he was by himself but he
took responsibility for his job and made sure everything was done properly. Everyone at the company was so helpful and did everything they could to rush the job since it was been so hot these last couple of weeks. I would recommend Teegarden to anyone.

At the time of service, my family and I were in the process of selling a condo when the A/C stopped working. Teegarden sent out a technician same day and made sure my situation was handled ASAP.

I am writing this on behalf of my parents. Their A/C went out. Both of them are having health issues. I called another company and they could not get anyone out for 2 days. I called Teegarden. Pam was so kind and listened to me. She sent Tim out. He was able to put in a temporary unit for the night to help them sleep. He came back the next day and fixed their unit. On behalf of my parents "Thank You So Much". It means to much when people still care about the elderly.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother in law. She recently had an issue with her air conditioning unit in the "VERY heated days". It was imperative that she get a new unit installed QUICKLY. We worked with Pam (on her personal times) and she was very responsive to get the equipment ordered and installed in a timely manner. We appreciate her very much and the job that the employees did getting the unit installed.

Teagarden installed a new system for me at a great rate. Their install team was prompt and very professional. I recommend you contact Teegarden HVAC for repair of an existing system or install of a new system.

It's cold outside. Like Tundra cold outside. But you know where it's nice and warm? Inside my house thanks to a quick response of the team over at Teegarden HVAC. Dave and his guys jumped in and saved the day for my family yesterday. The furnace went out and the guys worked in the cold and the rain to get us back running with a new unit from Trane. Can't say enough good things about the guys. They were professional in my home and treated it like it was their own.
