Today I am extremely grateful for Air Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning.

Over the last winter hour AC system began to give out. I didn’t realize that the unit was more than 20 years old.

When I called air supreme out to take a look at it, the owner came out himself, walked me through the system, and explained what the issues were that it was facing. Basically it was antiquated, and they did not even make the Freon it required to recharge and keep the system running.

They walked with me through every step of the way, explaining what the situation was, walking me through financing, and his team that showed up not only to install, but also the clean the vents was absolutely top-notch.

If you are looking for someone to work on your system, I cannot recommend this team of people enough. They did work for some friends of ours just a few weeks ago, and our experience was just as positive.

I am thankful for their professionalism, they communicated when they were gonna be there, they showed up a little bit early, even as I was working from home. They were absolutely great to have around.

Had them install some split unites, they were professional and efficient. These unites work great and I would recommend them to anyone.

My 18 y/o HVAC finally needed replaced and I had 2 choices: a "Supreme" installation or an "Extreme" installation. I am so glad that I chose the Supreme installation. From the first meeting with Terry for the estimate to the end of the install every interaction with Air Supreme's owner and employees was very professional and courteous.

The estimate: Terry showed up on time and provided a much more thorough evaluation of our needs by checking our home size, location relative to the path of the sun, windows, insulation, etc. He then sat with me to explain all of the aspects of the way his team installs systems which is a lot more info than I got from "the other guys." We decided on a top of the line Amana which took some time to get shipped in but he provided us with 2 portable air conditioners in the mean time.

The install (1st attempt): As I mentioned it took some time to get the Heat Pump/Air Handler in so he sent 2 teams for the install to complete it in 1 day vs 2 days. Because of the recent monsoon season and an improperly installed foundation drain we discovered that we had a large amount of water under my house preventing the installation. Terry recommended a sub-contractor for resolution and he did a really good job of installing a new crawl space entrance, French drain & sump pump.

During the days when the sub-contractor was working on the water problem we had a camping trip planned and were worried about leaving the portable A/C units running in our absence. We explained this to Terry and he repaired our old heat pump that would manage the cooling better than the portables. We also setup an installation date soon after we would be returning home.

The install (2nd attempt): 2 teams again and the system was installed and and cooling within about 6 hours and again everybody was very professional and courteous.

If I could give more than 5 stars on this review I would. Air Supreme went so far above and beyond what I was expecting. I have the utmost confidence in providing Air Supreme as a stellar recommendation to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement. You're not going to go wrong with AIR SUPREME HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING!

I have used Air Supreme for all of my heating and air needs for the past 6-7 years. I have 2 houses which have required 3 air conditioning units be replaced in that time (all 3 on their last leg). To top it off, all 3 went out on separate holiday weekends. I was able to contact Terry and Air Supreme and received excellent service on the holiday, and new reasonably priced units installed before the next weekend. Air Supreme is the only place I refer friends to and the only place I will use.

Are Supreme Heating and Cooling: Professional; dependable with reasonable pricing. I cannot thank these guys enough for their quick response to my house to fix my central heating and air unit. They were so busy and since they had no available technicians, the owner, Terry, himself, personally came to my house and fixed my unit. It was 90 degrees outside and the wife is spoiled, so Imagine what it was like being in a house with her without any AC? Thanks Terry for saving the day! The true hero’s of summertime. You have secured my business from here on out. I give your company the highest of recommendations!!

Our A/C quit cooling in the middle of a heatwave. It was 89 degrees in my house. These folks were the first ones to call me back (after hours no less), and had someone out the next day! Not only did they arrive earlier than expected, they also fixed the problem in less than a half hour, and at a fair price. Cannot recommend enough.

These guys are top notch. Called in because I was having issues with my fan on my cental heat/air unit. Had someone out the very next day. Gave me a reasonable window of when the tech would arrive, they even called and asked if they could come earlier, which was awesome. Cullen was my tech and he did not disappoint. He had my issue diagnosed and resolved in no-time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having any heating/cooling issues. And if you're a bengals fan ask for Cullen, you can talk a little football once he's done working. Thanks again!!

Terry and his crew were great! They arrived on time and gave us a whole new system in one day! They were all very professional and polite and cleaned up everything as well! I highly recommend!

They only get 2 stars because they gave me a full refund, without that it would be 1 star.

If you’re looking for fair prices and honest work, this is NOT the place to go. They took advantage of our HVAC ignorance. They told us our system had a leak, so he put 2.5lbs of Freon in it. Then, he convinced us to pay for a spray leak test, which concluded there were no leaks. The technician offered another leak test for $400, which would have made our bill $980 for NO FIX, just a diagnostic on where the leak was. Thankfully we declined the 2nd leak test. We paid $580 and the AC went out again 2 days later.

We paid $580 for a test that didn’t give answers and 2.5lbs of Freon that leaked out within 2 days. I explained my frustrations to the company, and they offered to come do the $400 leak test free of charge, but then we would ‘discuss a long-term solution’. So still, $580 later and no fix.

Thankfully, they did offer me a full refund. I had another HVAC guy (different company) come out the next day, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour, while only charging us $600.

Long story short, they will rip you off and they have no interest in solving your problems. They just want to drag them out to make more money off you. I would not recommend this company for HVAC repairs.

These comments are comical to read and I suspect they were faked. It’s pretty common. This company has sent 3 different technicians to my home on 6 occasions but have never succeeded if repairing my AC unit. When I complained, the company owner called me. He was angry that I had complained and yelled at me. He then hung up the phone on me. He was extremely rude. I’m sorry if his little feelings got hurt but here we were in the middle of June without AC. He further informed me that I was fired as a customer and that I needed to find someone else. Fortunately I did that. The other company showed up within the hour and had my AC running in 15 minutes. Amazing huh?
