Called Barnett HAVC late morning for an emergency house call. The technician arrived a couple hours later, was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about my the problem with my HVAC system.

They came out same day. Very professional and friendly. Great service. I really appreciate a family owned business. I'll definitely use them again.

Anyone in the area that needs maintenance or just has questions or needs tips should talk to this company. Chris,Super friendly, fixed my unit in less than an hour after being without air for almost 3 days.

100% would reccomend! Our A/C went out one night and called the next morning at 9:30am, they told me they'd be there at noon and arrived 30 minutes early!

Tech was at my house within 30 minutes of my calling. Tech was polite, neat and responsive. He provided me with the various options for things I could do. He had my system up and running and he was out the door in 2 hours.

No complaints here. Our furnace has an intermittent problem without an obvious reason. A tech came over the day I called and gave it a once over. He was honest and said he couldn't determine the issue unless the component causing the problem fails. I respect honesty.

Chris was absolutely wonderful. Professional & very informative! Stayed until he found the problem and didn’t charge us a arm and a leg, when other’s suggested it was time to replace our entire unit! I highly recommend Barnett’s.

Mike and his team are great! They very knowledgeable and efficient. Worked with Mike and his crew on many projects they are top notch! If you have any heating and cooling needs call them first!

When I shop for anything big and meaningful customer service plays a huge role. Also understanding that through a time that the big companies are taking over it is awesome to experience a family owned business that gives you quality service from the equipment to the customer service. Highly recommended.

I have had another company do a winter furnace inspection a couple of times. Both times I was told there was a ton of stuff wrong with my furnace - all stuff that was going to cost thousands of dollars. I didn't believe them. This year I had Barnett Heating and Air come and inspect my furnace and they said that it was in perfect condition. Fair prices. Trustworthy. Won't ever call anyone else.

Great fast service!! A very great crew. Every time we have called them they respond quickly and fixed the issue. This time it was a new unit and they have been great to work with. Will definitely continue to use their service. Thanks!

Last Sunday I returned from being out of town, outside all day, on the hottest day of year. I expected to open my front door to a cool house and just chill. Unfortunately, when I opened the door, I discovered a thermostat reading 87 degrees and no working A/C. I called Barnett's and received a call back within 20 minutes. Though it was a Sunday evening, Chris was at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (malfunctioning capacitor) and fixed it on the spot. Within a few hours my house was completely cooled down again. I can't say enough good things about this company's understanding, reliability, and professionalism. And it's a family-owned, local business, which is what I want to support. If you have a problem with your HVAC, give them a call!

Our HVAC system wasn’t working last night, so my husband and I called a bunch of companies this morning. Barnett was the first to answer the phone and set up a same-day service appointment. They arrived, found the problem, and began solving it within minutes. In less than 2 hours from my phone call to them, they had been here and done with service. So glad I called!!

Justin came and patched up a leak I had in the attic yesterday! He was so nice and very respectful. That man deserves a raise. He was the best!

After 2 companies failed to show up, Barnett's saved the day!! The 1st technician was very thorough & patiently explained the problem. The part needed to be ordered & the owner HIMSELF came to install it so our event wasnt ruined. They had our home cooled down in time for my son's party and I could not be any more grateful. Thank you again!

I’m leaving a review not for quality of work but rather for Mikes honesty. I lost my wallet in a nearby business parking lot. Mike happened to find a check that had fallen from the wallet. He took it upon himself to call the number on the check and ultimately made sure I got it back.
Honesty goes a long way in business and you can rest assured that I will be calling Mike if I need any HVAC work.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They were quick to come replace our unit that was 20 years old and had died. The price was the best quote out of 4 companies that we had come out to the house. The family that owns this company are wonderful people- very honest and will make sure the job is done correctly.

Barnett’s is the best I’ve found anywhere. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Good people, good service and very fair prices
