Woke up with out heat this morning. Called Vanguard and they had a technician at my door in less than a hour!! Had the heat back on within 30 mins! Won’t be calling anyone else in the future!

Jordan came out on a Saturday morning to fix our air conditioner. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He had our issue resolved within an hour.

Jordon Black has been fixing our unit for about 6 years, each season something would go wrong and I would have to call Jordon, our unit was very old. Jordon would always come pretty quickly. Two days ago, I had to call Jordon, our unit had finally quit. The next day, Jordan helped us get funding, the third day, he was here to install our new unit. I would recommend, Jordon Black, completely. He has shown professionalism, he will stop and explain any question a customer ask, he really knows what he is doing. I will not let anybody touch our unit but Jordon. Jordon installed a new Heat and AC system

HONESTY!
This is the only HVAC company I trust. I have used them multiple times for a few of my rental properties, my mothers home and my residence. I have never needed to call back after a repair was done and they always explained in detail what the issue was.

I would like to note professionalism and the personable feel of a smaller company but the work ethic and honesty is why I will continue to use them.

We had Vanguard install a replacement unit on 1/10/23 and are very pleased. The staff are very professional and courteous. They were very timely, thorough and extremely clean. The technicians showed me ways to set my thermostat to save money in hot or cold weather and answered all my questions concerning higher energy bills with the colder temperatures. We highly recommend using Vanguard for all your heating and cooling needs as we will be using them for all of ours.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from these guys! They were wonderful and very professional. I had been without heat for almost a week and they diagnosed my problem and corrected the issue. They were the only company that looked at my system and took the time go in my attic and find the issue! I can’t recommend them enough and I wish I could give more than five stars!

Had to visit my home 4 times total over the span of a month and still never fixed the issue, first time they came, said there was too much freon, so they took some out, then by the last visit they tried to sell me an entire new unit, their “head technician” said these outdoor units only last for about 7 years… immediately hired someone else, the problem was a clogged filter and LOW FREON! Who would’ve thought! Immediately lost trust after their head technician said that to me
