Skyler came to help fix my A/C unit, straight from breakfast with his fiance. What a wonderful young man. Fast, efficient, polite, and very personable. Not only did he do an amazing job, but also took the time to explain things. My A/C went out during a heat wave. I'm 68 years old with several health issues. I explained that when I called and they had someone there within 2 hours, the day after the 4th of July. I believe I've struck gold.

Called them around 12pm and they were here at 2:30pm. Skylar went above and beyond checked every corner and replaced the capacitor and refrigerant did all rechecks and has my home freezing cold again. Social and explained every detail and made other recommendations to even better the system.

Same day service, actually answered telephone, serviced my area and modular home. My service technician, Hagen, was friendly, knowledgeable and visually explained his diagnostic process. He pointed out several things to me that broadened my confidence to troubleshoot my unit before calling them to professionally service in the future. It was a customer service experience that towers above all and worth every penny!! We will have emergency heat tonight when temps are predicted to plummet into single digits. I was having problems with 2 of my mini-split units in a recently purchased home. Technician Hagen was out the next day to repair 1 and order parts for the second. Even though I was not the original owner- he checked with the factory and found my parts were still under warranty. It was easy to tell that not only was he well qualified, but also customer satisfaction was a high priority. Definitely Jefferson HVAC gets a 5 star rating.
