Called to have some electrical issues looked at on our home. They sent out a man named Josh within an hour of my phone call. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues that he found and what he needed to do to correct them. After dealing with Josh, I'll never use any other company for our electrical needs! Amazing customer service!

Called 3 times and left 1 voice mail. Never got a call back

I purchased a generator through Lowe's and they hire Mike Rowley electric to install it. They install in July 2021, then about 2 weeks ago the electric for the unit melted . I won't go into all the details but it has been proved by 2 electricians and a the city inspector that is was all installed wrong. Mike Rowley electric will not take responsibility for it, and now I am out several thousand dollars to fix it myself. They did get a permit like should have, but never had it inspected. If it had been inspected it would have failed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have tried to communicate withe them but they ignore all my calls and texts messages.
