I had an outstanding experience with Finepoint Inspections! As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made the entire process smooth, informative, and stress-free. The inspector was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and patient — walking me through everything they found and helping me understand what was important versus what was typical for a home like this.

Fine Point Home Inspections did a thorough job. Eric was informative about his findings and explained why they might be dangerous or problematic. He went through the house from top to bottom and corner to corner. The report is easy to read. We highly recommend Fine Point Home inspections!

Eric was excellent! He was able to get the inspection scheduled quickly and was great with communication through the whole process. Eric inspected the partial crawl-space, the basement, first floor, attic and roof! Just watching his agility and flexibility in the crawl-space left me in awe. 😂 He thoroughly covered the entire house, top to bottom, and documented everything completely. He was there a good length of time and didn’t miss a single thing. He was almost finished when I arrived and he took me through it all and explained everything in layman’s terms. His inspection report was extensive and detailed and filled with precise photos for the information he was conveying at the time.
Eric is kind and professional. I really feel like I could just keep going and going here, 😂 but may it suffice to say: Eric is the best inspector yet! Do yourself a favor and get Fine Point Inspections to do your property inspection!
