Rainbow contacted me promptly after i submitted the insurance claim. They responded within 36 hours and they had our place cleaned up and ready for reconstruction within 48 hours. The staff was ver professional and did good work.

OUTSTANDING!!! From the first phone call to the last contact and absolutely EVERYONE INBETWEEN,, it was a PERFECT EXPERIENCE!! The staff was so personable and truely cared about your personal loss/situation!! Prompt response and updates continually during all the months of restoration! The work was excellent and exactly as anticipated!! From the front desk staff to the laborers to them working with my insurance company it was FLAWLESS!!! I had even overpaid them some cash and they honestly returned it to me,,, IM SOLD,, DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER,,,they are who you NEED!! Other restoration companies were dishonest like used car salesmen!!

Last year we had damages related from water in the course of the repairs it was discovered with the exterior wall we had additional damages from water coming in through a window leak which made it into the wall and ceiling. This company did a wonderful job at restoring my home and matching paint just a great job . . . Thank you John your people did a great job.

we had a vehicle at the shop that had a bad fuel leak, it was a new car,
after repairs were made, vehicle smelled so strong of gas, you couldn't
even sit in it. We replaced the seats, and carpet, still overpowering smell.
We also did an ozone treatment that did not work. Jason came out and set a machine in it over the weekend, that took care of it. Quality service, professional, and at a good price!

Came home at the end of the day to find water pouring through my downstairs ceiling and through the basement ceiling from a broken water line. It was a mess. After talking with my insurance, I called Rainbow Intl. at 4:40 pm. I could not believe it. The girl on the other end of the phone said they would have a truck there in an hour. 45 minutes later they arrived. Both guys were extremely courteous and professional. They worked until 10 at night setting equipment and removing vinyl flooring etc.. as the sub floor was soaked. It is still a work in progress, but they continue to call two to three times a day to give me updates and they also spoke directly to my insurance company for all approvals. My hat is off to all the Rainbow employees, they are a class act. Wish I could hit a 10 star button.

They were recommended by Lonnie the owner of Basement Worx. They removed the carpet and padding because it was necessary because of the odor and to determine the origin of the leak. They did it quickly, removed a small amount of mold and sprayed a cleaning agent. They did a great job very quickly, on time and thoroughly. Thank you!

We called upon Rainbow International to dry out our business after an unexpected overnight plumbing failure. Their team arrived within one hour of our call for help, extracted the water, and put their blowers and dehumidifiers to work. Matt, Chris and team were professional and personable, and worked hard throughout the weekend to get us ready to open on Monday AM. They even arrived at 4AM for the final clean up, to ensure we would be ready to open at 6:30AM! Great people- you can trust that they will do the right thing for your home or business. Thank you to everyone at Rainbow for understanding our needs and getting us through a challenging time.

A great experience with Rainbow International! A death occurred in my father’s home which was a biohazard. I needed to get things cleaned up prior to having others come to do more work on the premises.
Jason took charge of the situation and explained the process of how this worked to me and answered my questions.Jason and his crew came and removed damaged flooring, wiped down all surfaces from the ceiling, walls, counter tops, cabinets, fixtures, stove and refrigerator in a short amount of time. After finishing, an ozone treatment was set off into the air to kill any remaining rodents and to remove odors from the walls and ceilings.They made quick work of what would’ve been a daunting job for me to accomplish. I’m very grateful for this service and may have them back very soon!! I Highly Recommend!

The flooring was pulled up, the water damage abated and they cleaned up after they finished.

On site quickly and handled all remediation work thoroughly and professionally. Workers were friendly and considerate. Would not hesitate to recommend this company based on our positive experience.

Everyone I have talked to with involvement in my claim has been super nice and helpful. They will do a clean out of your items and before just pitching into the trash, verification takes place. Dominic was the team lead for my case and he was great, thanks guys!
