Great response to my needs for my humidifier on my furnace. Technician was very experienced and quick to accomplish the work. Needed a new part which was on his truck and I asked for a new water panel, which he also had on his truck. Very satisfied.

Dan at SKPHA was excellent. He was friendly, efficient and so helpful. He explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend SKPHA and Dan.

I can’t thank Chris enough for all of the time spent with me on the phone going over our furnace issue. A different company came out and misdiagnosed the issue and charged us a large sum of money for a repair that was quite small and then corrected by technician Jeremy Rice in under an hour. Wonderful, honest company and we won’t be using anyone else but Schneller Knockelmann in the future.

My experiences using Schneller Knochelmann for home furnace and plumbing having been superb. Always professional phone staff and service technicians. I felt safe and confident both times I used Schneller Knochelmann. I strongly recommend this company.

Although we did not end up using their service this time, SKPHA was very friendly and helpful. Especially the technician who helped us, Cody Milner. I strongly feel that he objectively deserves a pay raise, he was on time, patient, friendly, and most importantly professional and honest! We will definitely call back the next time we need any plumbing service. Hopefully we get him again. Thank you very much!

Andrew Cah was my technician. He was polite and efficient. Explained some things about my system to me without being a pushy salesman. Much appreciated.

Jay was our tech and did a great job adjusting our HVAC heat pump. It wasn’t ever going to aux heat which means we only had one source of heat.
Also discovered our humidifier was working and was also able to fix but may only be temporary since the water line was supplying water to the humidifier was supplying enough pressure. This valve to this line may need to be replaced.
Also was able to contact for air dryer lines to be cleaned.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, took his time running diagnostics to figure out the issue. Spoke at length with us afterwards regarding timeline to get repaired, costs, etc. We never felt rushed, he answered all of our questions.
Highly recommend!

I was impressed with Darren and Drew who came to my condo to assist with my disposal problem. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. The replacement disposal was apparently a new model that had given other installers issues. However, when the same issues happed to Darren he pushed thru and was successful. I would be very happy to have Darren and Drew take care of any plumming issues for me in the future.

Chad & trainee completed Winter Furnace Service today,,,,, Let me know ahead when in route . They communicated everything being done & assured me the furnace & heat pump were functioning properly! I definitely recommend SKPH for your Service Issues. Thanks

Great experience from the start to finish. Darian did a wonderful job getting sink unclogged- did not give up until water drained correctly- triple checked his work and left the area cleaner than he found it!! Shout out to Heather and Courtney who were very polite and helpful!! Customer service was top notch!!

Schneller and Knockelman has replaced my a/c, furnace, and water heater in the past 2 years. Recently I called them about a problem with my water heater. They were at my house within an hour of my call, thoroughly checked the water heater and explained what the problem was. I have been extremely happy with this company in all my dealings with them, and recommend them highly!

Could not recommend SKPHA more. Flawless experience from start to finish. Our technician, Dale, was fantastic—punctual, honest, efficient, and no-nonsense. He found and fixed the problem on the first try. Our heat is working again and we are thrilled. This was especially appreciated after a competitor came in the day before and quoted thousands for unnecessary repairs.

I had some minor/moderate flooding in my basement. I called another service and they never showed. These guys came within 6 hours of the call. They solved the problem quickly as I asked and consulted/reccommended a longer term solution at my readiness. They also took the time to consult (without additional fee) on an unrelated future plumbing project that my husband and I have been considering. Price was about what I expected to pay. Took all the time to explain things to me and show me what they were doing.

Easy to schedule. Tech showed up right on time with the tools and parts to accomplish the repair. Water Pressure Relief Valve wore out. Estimated 1 to 2 hour job, finished in 1. Answered all of my questions. Knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Highly recommend.

We had a new complete HVAC system installed yesterday with new humidifier and smart thermostat. The technicians (Jim, Mike and Matt) were amazing. They were efficient, neat and did a fantastic job! From the initial check up of the hot water heater to the final installation, everything was perfect! We just wanted to have it checked, as it was 10 years old. Cody explained our options and we went from there. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians - extremely careful and thorough. We decided to take advantage of the financing, and Cody explained it very well!!!!

Our technician David did a super job on furnace maintenance. Explained exactly what he did. Even got the humidifier working again. And our dog really liked him. Would definitely recommend!

Mikeala was. Great, My heat pump isn't working, there is a short. Somewhere
She troubleshooted, called her boss, she went. above and beyond. Somewhere during the Troubleshooting the transformer blew. She replaced the transformer, and didn't charge me for today's service. She gave me great Customer Service.
She need. To order a board for heat pump and come back out to find the issue.
Mikeala was a true professional.
