Action is always punctual, professional, and reasonable. I'm very picky about whom I want to have work on anything and this is the only one I recommend. No up selling and any BS just honest good work. Thanks for being such an upstanding company.

I can’t say enough good things about Action Heating and Air! They truly went above and beyond to help two elderly ladies in need. When the heating system went out during a cold spell, they responded incredibly fast, understanding the urgency of the situation. Not only did they arrive quickly, but they were also kind, professional, and extremely fair with their pricing—something that meant the world to two people on a fixed income.

It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but Action Heating and Air proved that they do. Their honesty, efficiency, and compassion set them apart. If you’re looking for a trustworthy heating and air company, look no further. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Amy was so pleasant and helpful on the phone - she even let me text photos to her to confirm an issue. She then took said photos to her boss, Derek, who took time to call me and explain. Mind you, I am not a regular customer, that was my first time reaching out, no established relationship and they bent over backwards for me! All was well when Rick came out and handled the job quickly and efficiently and to boot they are reasonably priced. Thank you!

Action was recommended to me by a friend and current plumber! Amy was very professional and easy to talk to when I called to get information! This was my first time using Action and I was very pleased! My technician was Rick Johnson and he was very nice thorough and professional and did a good job! I did a maintenance agreement with them! Luckily I didn’t have an urgent issue but Action was was able to come out very quickly to determine the issue I was having. Brian was very honest and friendly. I have worked with other HVAC businesses which were more interested in upselling me on monthly service plans than they were about fixing the problem I was having. I was recommended Action because they are honest and professional and I could not agree more. I will use them going forward and recommend them to everyone!

New to Fort Mitchell area and received positive reviews from locals to try Action. Contacted Action for servicing of AC unit. Very friendly service via telephone on initial contact. The technician Rick came out next day and fixed AC unit within 20 minutes. He also explained service plan and provided additional information on heating and air unit. We were able to sign up for the service plan which allowed us to have an immediate discount on services. Rick was very helpful and friendly. Look forward to working with him again. Thanks Action!

The Action team is the best in the business! They are always prompt, clean, and courteous. Action has replaced both of the old HVAC systems at our house and we couldn’t be happier!

First off my technician was Rick the survey wouldn’t let me enter his name. Until this visit I was very skeptical of the AC repair business because of the last company I used and their selling techniques. I happened to randomly choose Action because I had seen their vans around and I knew they were not heavy advertisers and was hoping they would focus on the repairs I wanted and not try to get me to buy a new system. They were here a little later than I had hoped partially my fault for having my phone on silent but I didn’t mind. Once Rick arrived he was friendly I showed him the problem and he went to work. We also in addition to the repair ordered a tuneup and the deal for two was very reasonable. Rick was in and out in 45 minutes and there was only one other part he recommended we replace but he was not pushy at all about it. He told me the pros and cons and the total cost for the visit. I appreciated his honesty about my system which according to the big company I used last time was on the verge of collapsing. Action will now be my go to for any heating and air issues we have from here on out and I would recommend them to everyone.

I couldn’t be more happy with the level of service we received from Action Heating & Air! Our air conditioner fan started making an awful noise on a Sunday afternoon and Johnathon was here within 2 hours of calling Action. Luckily it didn’t require parts so he was finished with the repair and had our air conditioning back on within an hour of his arrival. I have used Action Heating & Air in the past and I will continue to use them in the future because of how positive my experiences have been! The prices are fair, they don’t try to upsell, and I trust that I’m getting quality work no matter which tech takes my call.

Needed fast service on an old furnace not operating properly in winter and on a weekend. Tech came out same day, found furnace error-condensation drain line was plugged and lots of water in furnace. Fixed for a small price instead of pressure selling a new furnace! Very, very happy!

June of 2024 Summer arrived at a running start, so I figured I needed to get my a/c checked especially since it had not been done in the two years that I have been in my place. I had called Action Heating and Air for my furnace service and found them to be dependable and professional, so I figured I would give them another try. I booked an appointment a few days out and Rick showed up... on time and ready to tackle the a/c inspection. He did brief me on what he would be doing and then quickly got to work (no rush as it was not hot, well not yet anyway). He did his inspection and cleaning of the unit briefing me along the way as to his findings. Once done, he cleaned up the work area and presented me with a very reasonable bill of service. Rick was extremely professional and friendly at all times during the service visit.

I would not hesitate on calling Action Heating and Air again for future services (like in November for the furnace service). Thanks again Rick!

I have been a customer of Action Heating for over 15 years. They replaced my old heating and cooling system. At that point, I began using them for the twice yearly checkups. Best decision ever. They maintain my system as well as fixing issues. They aren’t out to just make money. They advise and guide us. They just talked us out of spending money needlessly. The staff are always polite and friendly. No hard sell ever. Courteous. Highly recommend!

Rick did a maintenance on our AC. He was friendly and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and fixed it without trying to sell more than what needed to be done. Will definitely recommend Action to others.
