Justin came out to give me a quote on a new hvac system. He was great! Answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Walked me through the different options, prices, etc. Very impressed with Justin

The two men they installed my new hvac system were very professional and nice. The job looks great and very neat. They just left a little bit ago and the house is really cooling down nicely. Thanks 🙏

I’ve never had a better experience with any hvac representative…and I’ve been dealing with a lot of different companies recently! Should I decide to do business, it will be with Mr. P’s

Justin is very professional, thorough and just a down to earth nice guy. He cleaned the coil and walls inside air handler, checked all my pressures and readings on the heat pump and made sure my system is running right. I highly recommend him for servicing your unit.

Great experience! I texted Kaitlyn on a Sunday and the technician Justin came at 2 pm the next day! Super polite and friendly guy! He put shoe covers on, worked quickly and even had the part already on his truck so he could fix it right then. In and out in an hour! Pricing was very reasonable and we joined their club membership to get a discount on parts and services. First time customer and will be using them in the future, thanks Kaitlyn, Justin, and the whole team at Dr. P’s!

Great prompt, same day service. Dustin was polite, timely, knowledgeable and did the job very well. Two trips were necessary.

Technician was fast efficient and thorough. He explained all the issues to me in a manner I could understand. We have had a maintenance agreement with them and will not go anywhere else. Grace in the off is fantastic!! One of the best customer service person I have ever dealt with.

Our air conditioner wasn't working well. I was so shocked when specialists cleaned it. I had no idea that after years of use, it could perform less just because of dust. We routinely change our filter and had no idea the unit needed additional cleaning/services in addition to filter changes. I’m so glad we called Dr. P. Thank you for the quick service. We’re so glad our air conditioner is back to full function!

Mark took the time to check out my whole system thoroughly before providing what was at fault and a recommended course of action, including different options. Will definitely use Dr. P in the future

DUSTIN was wonderful. Very patient and did the perfect job. I probably drove him nuts but he did awesome. We had. A dryer vent installed in new laundry room

Dr. P's HVAC team did a fantastic job! Very professional service, from Grace taking the call, scheduling a no cool for the very next day and then getting a second call from John the next morning being able to move the call up several hours. Justin called when he was 20 minutes away and arrived right on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable and even double checked his diagnosis with the unit manufacturer. Two hours later we had cooling again!

I can't say enough good things about them. My first interaction was when my AC went out on Labor Day weekend and the owner, Peter, came out before he left on vacation to see if he could help us. We ended up having to replace our HVAC unit and they were the most cost efficient/high quality product option and were the easiest to deal with of the many companies I spoke to. They have always had great communication about who was coming and when and everyone I have come in contact with from Dr P, be it the tech or Grace who typically answers the phone, everyone has been knowledgeable and good to work with. It has been almost a year since I first called them and I would highly recommend them.
