Received great service from these guys.

I recently purchased a new System and products from Mr. Cole at The HVAC Outlet. In short, my family and I are very pleased. First, I saved around $1,000.00 after purchase and installation. Second, Outlet's employees/representatives were genial and professional. It had the feel of a small-town, family-run business - a quality I wish more businesses possessed.

My air conditioning unit outdoor fan quit working on a Saturday evening at Herrington. I did some troubleshooting and determined it was likely a capacitor. Where am I going to find a replacement part on Saturday evening? I googled Danville HVAC Supplies and the HVAC Outlet showed up as “open”. I didn’t believe it. However, I immediately called and was routed to Rick’s cell phone. He picked up and he told me he was out of town but would be back in Danville in approximately 45 minutes. He confirmed my assessment on the capacitors and told me to meet him at his store. I immediately removed two capacitors and headed his way and met him at his store. Sure enough, one was bad and the other was still good. He sold me a replacement at 8:00 on Saturday evening. I headed home, installed the parts at dusk and sure enough, the unit came right back on. That experience for me was nothing short of phenomenal! I’m so thankful that there are companies like this in existence. Rick even offered more advice if this didn’t work and told me to reach back out on Sunday afternoon if necessary. Fortunately I did not need any further help. That’s 5 star service like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I’m a fan (no pun intended).

Great source for your HVAC needs! Large inventory access, was able to secure me a hard to find part same day from another location. Pricing was very reasonable and couldn’t ask for more sincere service. Will be my first call next time I need HVAC components.

HVAC Outlet did exactly what they promised and saved me almost 50% from my highest bid. The outside unit they installed was the same size as my old one but works much better. Save yourself some money and give them a chance. They are legit professionals.

People.... I am so impressed and thankful for The HVAC Outlet! We knew our heat pump's life was coming to an end and it finally gave out Wednesday🥵. I called Rick at 5:30pm... My new unit was installed and running in 22 hours 😮 and the real kicker... It cost $2400 LESS than I was quoted by another company 😲😲

I purchased a mini spilt unit fromThe guys at The HVAC Outlet. They delivered the unit to my door. Gave great advise on a self install. Completed self install following thier instructions ( called a couple times during the install and my questions were answered immediately ). Unit works awesome better than expected. They are superb guys and and pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!

We went into the HVAC outlet to check on units after getting an insanely priced quote. The company whom done the quote actually is how we ended up here because they were talking bad about HVAC Outlet. Anyhow we went got info from HVAC outlet plus a quote for full install… two units an 18k & 9k, plus install half of everywhere else. Our installer Bobby & the Electrician was great and they done excellent, ran our electric perfectly, done great hiding everything and cleaning up. After a week I can see my electric usage is doing great and the units work fantastic and keep it more then cool in our home actually to cool haha! We were unsure of how the units should work(couple odd questions we didn’t think to ask) first I called HVAC outlet got info from them about the units afterward no issue and also the installer Bobby responded quick and easily and explained answers to questions we realized we had a few days later! Price of units & install was definitely better then anywhere else we were checking.
Finally an affordable place with good people! Now we can get away from ac window units, electric heaters & baseboard heat with insane electric bills! I’m so grateful we found this place thanks to the last HVAC company who came in talking badly and gave us our referral to The HVAC Outlet!

Update two months after install turned heat on, one unit worked perfect other had a small issue . Called The HVAC outlet he was very nice & listened and had my installer Bobby call me less then 30 mins later. Bobby showed the same day and worked on the unit til he found the issue just low refrigerant from a possible small leak. He fixed it all up and good as new. Bobby even texted the Next morning to make sure all was still good! So I’m unsure why people are doing reviews saying they don’t help after install if an issue occurs? They’ve been awesome with us! Thank you Hvac Outlet & Bobby.

Super friendly guys that came and installed our new system and were very thorough. We got financed which was easy and painless and affordable payments and not to mention great overall price. Much cheaper that most other places that just want to steal your money. Very happy this company and would recommend to anyone

We had a GREAT experience with The HVAC outlet and their recommended installer Bill Mink! I contacted Chad Cole through a Facebook ad at 9:30 on a Wednesday thinking I’d get a response the next day. He messaged me back immediately with his number! I called that night, we discussed my needs, and I purchased via card over the phone. The next day they had an installer call me to schedule installation. Friday morning the installer showed up at 10am, installed 2 new heat pumps and was done in about 4 hours.

We’re overall very happy with the price and speed of service. Literally, check these guys price out before you buy somewhere else because they WILL be cheaper! If you find them on FB they show the price of the equipment upfront (and it was the real price, no add ons) then install was $750 paid directly to the installer.

Rick saved us money on a new 4ton heat pump/air handler, others were charging $2900 over the price we got at HVAC outlet. We called on a Monday and had our unit installed that following Wednesday and that was only because the weather didn’t cooperate on Tuesday. 10/10 would recommend.

This is absolutely the best place to purchase a HVAC from without a doubt. Rick gave me the best deal, kit the components, and coordinated with me an installer. I did everything over the phone. Rick’s price compared to my 1st estimate from a certified local HVAC was over $4200 in savings. This was for the exact same unit. Many thx to Rick and his team of professionals. In addition, he coordinated with 3 other home owners around me too. Each one saved thousands.

Drove about an hour to pick up a new unit for our 12x16 shed. After talking with the owner Rick, we found out we had bought the wrong unit. Rick quickly got us what we needed and we got it for a great price too. Very knowledgeable and superb customer service. Highly recommend!!!!

Here it is on a Saturday night at 10pm, and what are the guys from The HVAC Outlet doing?? They are here, at my house, still working to make sure that I have air in my house and in the nursery for my puppies. These guys are absolutely the best around. I bought a unit from them back last winter and instead of having them install it (big mistake by the way), someone else installed it and it never worked properly, and when my air wouldn’t work, I called Rick and he drove the same night from Danville to Magnolia, to try to figure out the problem. He did figure it out, and although my warranty was void, because they didn’t install it, they said they’d help me. My wiring was all wrong, and my unit in the nursery was burnt up. So Rick sold me a new unit and installed it, and fixed my house unit for way less than another HVAC company priced me a new unit for my house for. Rick and his company have went above and beyond to take care of my problems, and they didn’t have to. They could have been like, “we didn’t install it. You’re on your own.” But instead he had a new unit installed and had both blowing ice cold air the next day. They definitely stand behind what they sell, and I am one happy customer right now. I will forever be singing the praises of The HVAC Outlet, because they are the best in my book. I strongly urge anyone who has problems with their HVAC unit to call them before they call anyone else. You will not regret it. Rick, Chad, Mike, & everyone else there...you guys are the best and you’ve got a lifetime customer right here. Thank y’all again.

I am in Danville, KY and take care of rental properties here for a lady that lives out of state. This is the second unit from HVAC Outlet that we have purchased for her remtals. These guys have the best customer service, they stand by their product and the installers were so efficient and professional. They came out the very next day!! Who does that?! The price was amazing. The first unit was placed in 2020 and still running strong. We will continue to use The HVAC Outlet in the future. Highly recommended!

6 Stars if we could. I couldn’t be happier with using Chad and Rick for our new 3 ton unit. What an awesome company to deal with very professional and customer friendly. The price was great and the service was top of the game. The installers John and his brother in law were amazing and the best I have ever dealt with. Other companies prices were through the roof and their schedules were weeks out, Chad delivered our unit the next day and within a few days it was installed. Cannot recommend this company enough, you have customers for life up here in Cincinnati.

Incredible equipment, incredible people, incredible prices! They cost so much less than others that my wife was (unnecessarily) suspicious and nervous. But by the time the HVAC Outlet’s best crew left, she was ecstatically pleased with the whole experience that she actually told me that i was right and she was wrong. I don’t think she’s ever said that to me before. Buy from HVAC Outlet, ask for John and Ricky to do the install; you can’t go wrong.

These guys are incredible!! Came out like they said they would and did a very professional job installing my mini split system. Keep doing good things HVAC outlet you guys rock!! My installers were great and very informative and polite. At the end of the day I wouldn't have chosen any one else to install my system. Thank you for everything.
