Jacob did a fantastic job of assessing the problem and then resolving the issue. We believed the drain needed snaked out but he used the pressure of the garbage disposal and hot water to clear the drain.

We had Apex come out first and wanted $600 to “fix” the issue and I told them to leave. Jacob cleared the issue and only charged us the 1 hour fee of $120. Nice guy and a good dude.

Plumbers showed up on time and were very professional. Did a great job.

Jacob, our plumber at Royal Flush came out, fixed a leak in our tub and fixed our faucets with friendly service, good sense of humor and good communication . They all care there. You guys always go above and beyond. We highly recommend Royal Flush.

Jacob figured out the problem right away. Very personable and trustworthy. I asked him also to look at an outdoor drain from a downspout. He found a lot of gunk in there. But unfortunately he left his hose here and it’s on so tight I can’t get it off.

Had them pump my septic tank. They fit me in the next morning and the guy was very nice and helpful.

We had our plumbing backed up and they came out in just an hour. Accessed the job and got to work. They found old pipes that were not to code and fixed that as well which was a bigger job than intended. They got it done very quickly. Very grateful for their hard workers.

The guy Josh you sent out here is a really good worker when he went to the truck to get something he went in a run and then he would run back to the job. A very likable young man. You have a very good employee in him.

Royal Flush did an emergency visit on a Sunday night as we had sewage backing up into our basement. All team members were very professional. Communication from them was excellent. They got us fixed up and the clog out of our line. Highly recommend.
