My wife and I were working on a home in Eddyville Kentucky when we lost our heat this week. One call to this fine business and repair work was completed quickly and we are extremely satisfied! We highly recommend Hometown HVAC!!!

Been using Hometown for a few years. First was an AC compressor rewire , then an air handler motor replacement along with a thorough blower cleaning. Twenty year old York unit just keeps on purring....furnace and AC.

Next installed a Trane Mini Split heat pump. We use it for room AC mostly....cool and quiet.

Then (yesterday), Ryan and T. J. installed the ductwork for our kitchen range vent. We can smoke up the neighborhood now instead of the house.

All of their work was prompt, professional and neat. I suggest you call them for any of your HVAC needs.

Hometown HVAC was an excellent choice for our hvac service. Ryan came in with the experience, tools required, even the parts we needed on his service truck. 1.5 hrs from arrival to completion, we was up and going.

We contacted Hometown Heating & Air Inc. for replace a commercial 20-ton unit in our theater. Their prices and labor, parts, and equipment guarantee was much better than others. After contracting Hometown Heating and Air, the unit was in and operating in less than 2 weeks and they had the unit installed in a day! Great value, great service, great people! Lisa was super easy to work with, friendly, and very responsive.

I would absolutely recommend Hometown Heating and Cooling to anyone needing service! The air guy, Lathan went way above and beyond to get our ac unit back up and running, he came out 2 days in a row, even offered a lender unit until our ordered piece was supposed to be in and then came out on a Saturday to fix it. He called my husband and kept us informed every step of the way. Needless to say we are truly blown away by his kindness and professionalism. Not to mention the little gal who answered the phone and was so kind to us. Hometown heating and cooling is top notch and I just had to share.

Hometown came to the rescue! They installed a new furnace and heat pump in our lake house with an amazingly quick turn around as we had elderly renters and it was winter. Hometown was responsive and communicated throughout the project. I can't say enough how they saved the day for us! Incredible customer service and care for our home!!

I give Hometown Heating and Cooling my highest rating 5+ stars. I had an ac unit go down while I had my entire family staying in my house on vacation. Of course it was 95 that day. I contacted them and they had someone out to me that morning and had my unit running again. I can’t ask for better service than that. They have earned a lifetime customer.

Mr. Beavers and his crew did an outstanding job installing my heat pump. Guys were friendly, knowledgeable and got the unit installed in no time. They also took time to do a good clean up in the work area and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend highly.

We have used Hometown for HVAC repairs, HVAC replacement, plumbing work, electrical work, water heater replacement. We had some major plumbing work done to one house and they converted a closet to a bathroom for us. They show up quickly when we call and are extremely dependable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I’m a Realtor and they’ve done good work for my clients’ homes as well. We are happy customers and we highly recommend them!

Had them come out to replace A-coil & drain pan on my air handler. I thought all was good but it was not cooling down. Turns out they installed the A-coil but left a 4" gap at the top of the coil and housing that let the air flow bypass the coil, and not get conditioned (cooled). Called to complain and they hung up on me. Would not use as it seems they do not care about their service
